Mo P催化剂的制备及对溶剂油的加氢活性

Preparation of Molybdenum Phosphide Catalyst and Its  Hydrogenation Activity on Mineral Solvents

摘要: 用浸渍法制备了 Mo P / A l2O3 催化剂前体, 通过该前体采用体外还原 - 钝化 - 还原的方法制备了 Mo P /  A l2O3。选用C 6、 C 7 溶剂油作为模型化合物, 以  A l2O3 为载体, 考察不同实验条件下磷化钼催化剂的活性。结果表明, Mo O3 质量分数为2 2%的磷化钼催化剂的使用条件为反应温度2 1 0℃、 空速1. 5h-1; 当 Mo O3 质量分数为1 4% 时, 其反应条件为反应温度2 3 0℃、 空速1. 5h-1

Abstract: The MoP/A l2O3 catalyst precursor was prepared with impregnation method and a series of A l2O3supported molybdenum phosphide catalysts were prepared by convention reductionpassivationreduction method using the precursor. The catalytic activity of MoP/A l2O3 was investigated on different conditions in solvent oil C6, C7 as model compounds. The results showed that the application conditions of MoP/A l2O3 catalyst with 22% and 14% molybdenum trioxide content were reaction temperature 210 ℃, space velocity 1.5 h-1 and reaction temperature 230 ℃ and space velocity 1.5 h-1 respectively.
