噻吩和烃类在Cu(I)Y分子筛上的吸附和扩散

Adsorption and Diffusion of Thiophene and Hydrocarbons on Cu(I)Y

摘要: 通过液相离子交换法制备出Cu(IY分子筛,并采用频率响应技术研究噻吩、苯、1-辛烯和正辛烷在Cu(I)Y分子筛上的吸附和扩散。结果显示,噻吩和正辛烷在Cu(I)Y分子筛上的传质过程的速控步骤为吸附过程,并存在两种不同的吸附过程,结合吸附等温线发现噻吩和Cu(I)Y分子筛的作用力明显强于正辛烷的。苯在Cu(I)Y分子筛上的传质过程的速控步骤为扩散过程,结合扩散系数,表明苯在Cu(I)Y分子筛上的扩散为单一扩散过程。

Abstract: Cu(I)Y was prepared by liquid ion-exchange.Thiophene,benzene,1-octene and n-octane adsorption and diffusion on Cu (I) Y were studied by frequency response(FR).Results suggest that the rate-controlling process of the transfer processes in thiophene-Cu(I) Y system and n-octane-Cu(I) Y system was adsorption process,and there were two different adsorption processes.According to the adsorption isotherms,the interactions between thiophene and Cu(I)Y were stronger than that between n-octane and Cu(I)Y.According to the diffusion coefficient,the rate-controlling process of the transfer processes is a single diffusion process in the benzene-Cu(I)Y system.
