GU Lin-jie, HUANG Qi-yu,MA Gui-xia, GAO Yan
Abstract454)      PDF (2154KB)(375)
In water-cut conventional heavy oil production process, oil and water exist synchronously in well hole and the viscosity of oil/water mixture cannot be tested accurately by conventional coaxial cylinder rotational viscometer. To solve this problem, the agitator is used to build the viscosity calculated mode. The effects of light oil proportion on viscosity of produced mixture have been studied through simulated experiment of well bore temperature field. The oil-water mixture will show the trends of formation of W/O emulsion when augmenting light oil proportion in high water cut well and its viscosity will emerge peak value. The viscosity reducing rate will reach over 99% or more when augmenting light oil mass of water-free heavy oil well, lower temperature will lead to better performance of viscosity decrease.

JIN Shan
Abstract479)      PDF (3821KB)(355)
Clarification of p-aminophenol feed containing Raney nickel catalyst by micro-filtration (MF) of ceramic membrane has been investigated. The experiments in the lab confirmed filtration the p-aminophenol feed by the ceramic membrane with pore size of 0.2 μm. The component of the cake and fouled membrane in pilot tests were analyzed and found that the pollutants were mainly Raney nickel catalyst. In the industrial application, an effective cleaning method to recover the membrane flux was suggested as follows: firstly washing with circulate solution of alcohol-water for 10 minutes; then rinsing the rig with 1vol% NaOH solution for 20 minutes; and 3% nitric acid solution for 60 minutes; finally industrial soft water for 60 minutes. The above cleaning operations were all performed at 100 ℃. The average permeate flux of a long running in the plant was 400 L/(m 2·h). The nickel content in the permeate liquid could not be determined by an atomic absorption spectrometry. So that in industrial conditions the Microfiltration of PAP suspension by a ceramic membrane is a reliable and efficient technology of the clarification.

QIAN Yu, WU Ming, DU Ming-jun
Abstract404)      PDF (2937KB)(262)

Based on contaminated product theory, contaminated product control equation on cold and hot crude oil was established. Using FLUENT, concentration distribution of contaminated product before and after shutdown was analyzed by numerical calculation. So was the impact on the concentration of contaminated product. The results show that the trailing oil product keeps going under the influence of the inertia force after shutdown of the horizontal pipe section, which makes the mixed contamination plug grow with the shutdown time extended. The mixed section is longer if the crude oil from Russian is transported before the oil from DaQing. The mixed section of the vertical pipe is longer than that of the horizontal section. The length of the mixed sections almost the same in both ways, but the concentration distribution of contaminated product is more evenly in the former. The results match well with the actual, which can provide a theoretical guide to practical applications for projects.

Abstract388)      PDF (1018KB)(271)

The observer designing for a type of switched linear singular systems was discussed. Firstly, the sub-observer of the No.i sub-systems was designed, then when the No.i sub-systems was activated, the observer of switched singular systems can be formed by using the No.i sub-observer. If lingering time of full-dimensional observer whose each sub-system is checked is enough, state estimate error can converge to zero. In some case, state estimate error converge to zero by exponent under any switching.

Abstract345)      PDF (1946KB)(279)
Chaos is an important research direction in ecology and the number of species in a chaotic state has complex movements in strange attractor. The three species ratio dependent food chain model with Holling Ⅱ functional response was established. The boundedness of species was obtained by differential inequality. The quantitative analysis of the three species food chain model was investigated by numerical simulations and the existence of chaotic dynamic was studied by the bifurcation diagrams. The strange attractor was obtained for suitable choice of parametric values and is existence via double periods. The appearance of chaos in this model suggests that chaotic dynamics may be common in natural food webs.

Abstract384)      PDF (1026KB)(350)

The subjects of this article are the per-capita living expenses of the rural in Liaoning province from 2001 to 2009. Apply grey system theory to establish a model of the GM(1,1), which predicts the tendency of the coming four years per-capita consumption expenditure of the Liaoning rural, and use application of grey correlation assessment method for human resource management to analyze the relevant factors and the degree sequence which affect eight kind of factors of consumption expenditures. Forecast and the analysis results show that the coming four years per-capita consumption expenditure of the Liaoning rural is still at a high speed of growth, the average growth is expected to reach 14.4%. The three major factors which are related to consumption expenditure are clothes, education, culture and entertainment services, and that of household equipment, supplies and services. This fully demonstrates that the food consumption which is used for basic necessities is decreasing and the people's consumption trends are transferred from chasing quantity expansion to quality.

Abstract409)      PDF (1782KB)(270)

With the rapid development of the economic, the income of Chinese residents is increased significantly, however the level of urban-rural income gap has also been increasing. Income inequality is growing and it has already aroused extensive attention of the whole society. Based on the data of income gap per capita between rural and urban areas from 1978-2008 in China, it fits the regressive curve by trend graph and establishes an time series model of ARMA by the residual sequence, furthermore analysis, identification, estimation and test of the model parameters were conducted to establish a suitable forecast model of China's urban-rural income gap. The outcome proves that the model takes on the traits of simple shortcut, high forecasting precision and adaptation to actual needs. The prediction indicates that China's urban-rural income gap is widening, the state should take positive measures to control the situation. State should increase investment in agriculture, protect the interests of farmers and raise the income of peasants to maintain social stability.

Abstract630)      PDF (175KB)(339)
Using common quality specifications, the prediction equations for calculation motor octane number (MON) and research octane number (RON) were proposed, including distillation range, density, aromatic content, and olefinic content or bromine value. From a large number of refineries and literature data, about 70% of the sample error is less than 1.2 when MON is calculated directly by means of these prediction equations, and more than 81% of error is less than 1.8 by RON being calculated. Therefore, the ON can be calculated by these equations. It shows that the error of the prediction equations meet the standard requirement. The equations are a rapid, simple and wide-application method for the calculation of ON. They have something referential values for product quality control in petroleum refinery operation.

After underground pipeline leak, crude oil in a low-speed flowed in porous media. With the increase of leakage radius the velocity decreased near the hole, velocity contour changed little with time extension, affected by gravity velocity contour had different degrees of settlement. In the front, with the increase of leakage radius oil volume fraction decreased, contour gradient is large, distribution is more intensive and continue to expand over time. Affected by gravity ,volume fraction contours onrush to the right. It could monitor the real-time spread of oil diffusion discipline and calculate the amount of oil leaking to research the distribution of leakage, and time and flow rate on volume fraction distribution. It provides an effective data support to guide the accident repair and evaluate the formation damage.

Abstract454)      PDF (338KB)(453)

The areas that city gas pipelines distributed in always crowd with people and buildings, and once gas releases through damaged pipes, accidents would happen involving substantial economic losses and even victims amongst the population. Therefore, in order to quantify the hazards of city gas leak, different leakage and diffusion models were established according the characters of gas and the damage. The diffusion model of unsteady leakage of gas pipeline and the damaging and destroying areas were established. Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) technique the diffusion range of leaked gas during accident of underground gas pipeline that caused by the third party damage was studied. According to the results, the dispersion of the leaked gas was obtained and provide the theory basis for safety operation of city gas pipelines.

Abstract477)      PDF (498KB)(301)

The movement track of the solid particles in a cyclone separator has been studied by numerical simulation. Discrete phase model (DPM) was adopted for solid field. The physical mechanism for the particles movement in a cyclone separator is studied by analyzing the influence of different particle size and inlet velocity on solid particles track in a cyclone separator. The results show that the particles track in a cyclone separator is complex, and it is influenced by inlet velocity and particles size simultaneously. The track of same size particles is different at the case of different inlet velocity, and small particles are easier influenced by the inlet velocity. The simulation results could provide some theoretical guide for engineering applications.

Abstract352)      PDF (576KB)(255)

The image processing effect based on morphology is depending on the operation and the structural element. To suppress noise of image and withdraws the edge information. A method which uses multi-element composite structure with dual gradient filter and multiple synthesis methods based on soft morphology was presented. Flexible multi-element composite structure could effectively remove the image noise filtering, and dual-gradient multiplex could improve the detection rate of the image edge. The experimental results show that the method is better than traditional algorithms in suppressing noise and edge detection.

Abstract433)      PDF (365KB)(281)

To advance the visibility of the fog-degraded image, a method for fog-degraded image clearness was presented. To restrain the noise amplification in sky region, the sky region first was segmented before enhancement, then using optimal normal distribution to put the pixels of the high grey region into that of the fuzzy, the range of pixel value in the sky can be got. By the information, the sky region can be segmented from the image. A moving mask was adopted to segment scene at different depth, then each pixel in the mask is processed using block-overlapped bi-histogram equalization. The experimental results show that this method can efficiently improve the degradation of image and enhance the clearness of image.
