THPS Dissolve Iron Sulfide in Oil Tank

The pyrophoric iron sulfides in oil tank was eliminated under THPS(tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulfate) and ammonium chloride. It was investigated the effect of mass ratio of THPS and ammonium chloride,the concentration and acidity of dissolution agent, temperature, and reaction time on the efficiency of dissolution. The results show that the efficiency of dissolution to iron sulfide is best when mass ratio of THPS and ammonium chloride is 6.5∶0.6,temperature is 80 ℃, pH is 5, reaction time is 8 h, the dissolution of iron sulfide is best. When the concentration of dissolution agent is 14.0%, the efficiency of dissolution to iron sulfide is reach 92.50%.

Saccharification by Hydrolysis of Crop Straw Under the Condition of Microwave Radiation

The saccharification of crop straw by hydrolysis was carried out under the condition of microwave radiation with the dilute sulfuric acid. The amount of sulfuric acid, the ratio of liquid and solid, the microwave radiation time, the pressure, and the power on the yield of reducing sugar were investigated. The experimental results show that the yield of reducing sugar increased at first and then declined with increasing of the experimental conditions.It was determined that the yield of reducing sugar reached the maximum, 21.8% at the following conditions: the amount of sulfuric acid is 2%, the ratio of liquid and solid is 15.0, processing time is 40 min, the pressure is 0.3 MPa, and power is 225.0 W.

Screening and Optimization of Conditions of Bacillus Iicheniformis XY-2

Three strains of bacteria, which had a strong antibacterial activity, were selected from the soil. The strain of XY-2 had the strongest inhibition against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Botrytis cinerea, Streptococcus mutans, E. coli. According to the analysis of morphological characteristics, training characteristics, physiological, and biochemical characteristics of XY-2, it was identified as Bacillus licheniformis. The compositions of fermentation medium of XY-2 were optimized by the orthogonal test. The results show that the optimized medium are as follows: ρ(corn starch) 20 g/L, ρ(soybean powder) 90 g/L, ρ(corn steep liquor) 7 g/L. Under these conditions, the concentration of viable cells in fermentation broth can reach 9.67×10 8 cfu/mL.

Synthesis of Cyclohexanone1,2-Propylene Ketal Catalyzed by Potassium Dodecatungstocobaltate Trihydrate

The catalytic activity of potassium dodecatungstocobaltate trihydrate (K 5CoW 12O 40·3H 2O) on the reaction between cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene ketal. The effects of the cyclohexanone/1,2-propylene alcohol molar ratio, the amount of the catalyst agent and water-carrying agent, the reaction time, the using regenerated catalyst on the yield of Cyclohexanone1,2-propylene ketal were systematically investigated. The results show that potassium dodecatungstocobaltate trihydrate (K 5CoW 12O 40·3H 2O) is a good water-carrying agent for the reaction between cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene ketal. The results showed that the suitable condition for the reaction are as follows: benzaldehyde/1,2-propylene molar ratio is 1∶1.4, the amount of potassium dodecatungstocobaltate trihydrate (K 5CoW 12O 40·3H 2O) is 0.5 g, the volume of cyclohexane is 9 mL, and reaction time is 70 min. The maximum yield of benzaldehyde 1,2-propylene ketal is up to 94.2%.

Acidity on Extraction Mechanism of La(Ⅲ) in P 204-HCl-H 3AOH Extraction System

In the conditions of pH >1, 0<pH≤1 and pH<0, P 204-kerosene system and the organic phase loading La in the P 204-HCl-H 3AOH were studied by infrared spectroscopy. The effect of acidity on extraction mechanism of La(Ⅲ) in P 204-HCl-H 3AOH extraction system was investigated. The results show that displacement reaction between La and P-OH, and the mechanism is cation exchange when the value of pH>1. Both the group of P=O and the group of P-OH react with La and the extraction mechanism is the dual mechanism theory of cation exchange mechanism and salvation complex mechanism. Thus, the extraction capacity of La in the condition of 0<pH≤1 is increased. When the value of pH≤0, the two groups of P=O and P-OH, especially P=O, take part in the complex reaction.

Removal of Basic Nitrogen of Coker Gatch

Using a kind of compound solvent as denitrification agent to remove the basic nitrogen of CGO .Different process conditions including reaction temperature, denitrification agent to CGO mass ratio and reaction time on the effect of basic nitrogen remove rate and the light oil yield were studied.The experimental results show that the oil yield was 94.23% , and the basic nitrogen remove rate reached to 85.62% under the conditions of the reaction temperature 72 ℃ , the solvent to oil mass ratio 2.5%, the stirring speed 300 r/min , the reaction time 30 min and the settling time 15 min,which is the best reaction condition.

Statistical Values of Valence Electron Structure Parameters and Theoretical Research of Melting Point of Cu, Ag and Au

Based on the empirical electron theory of solid and molecules (EET), the valence electron structures of Cu, Ag, and Au were analyzed. The statistical values of valence electron structure parameters E′ A and T′ m, which characterize the properties of metal single element, were calculated. Furthermore, melting points of Cu, Ag and Au were calculated by the value of T′ m and E′ A. The calculations results show that the melting point of corresponding melt is higher when the value of E′ A is bigger, and the change trend of E′ A in accordance with the experiment. The statistical values of melting point of Cu, Ag and Au were T′ Cu m=1 351.0 K, T′ Ag m=1 126.2 K, T′ Au m= 1 305.0 K, respectively. The corresponding deviation of experiment values are 0.41%, 8.82%, 2.33%.

Determination of the Chemical Oxygen Demand of the Water From Styrene Condensate Stripper

The experiment shows that it is feasible to determinate the chemical oxygen demand(COD) of the water from styrene condensate stripper by Fushun chemical plastic plant. We Compared the rapid determination method by COD tester and assay. These results show that the accuracy and precision of relative standard deviation (RSD) is between 0.0%~5.0% through the calculations of the standard addition recovery rate and the measurements of the standard sample. These results meet the requirements of the water quality monitoring in laboratory. Therefore, the above method can be promoted for application.

Determination of Nickel in Ordinary Alloy Steels by Microwave Digestion Spectroscopy

Ordinary alloy steel samples were digested in a microwave digestion system. The parameters of microwave digestion (including system of acid, time, power, and pressure) were optimized. Extraction method was used to eliminate the interference of Cu、Fe、Mn ion on Ni from the ordinary alloy steel samples. The nickel content in the samples was determined by ordinary pressure spectroscopy method. The relative error of microwave digestion is less than 1.67% and the RSD(n=5) is less than 1.24%. It is less than general method that is relative error of 2.67% and RSD(n=5)of 3.72%.

Catalytic Synthesis of Cyclohexanone 1,2-Propylene Ketal by Chitosan Supported With Iodine

Chitosan supported with Iodine was synthesized at room temperature and the structure was characterized by IR, XRD, and TGA. Ketalization of cyclohexanone and 1,2-propanediol catalyzed by chitosan supported with iodine was studied. The effect of reaction time, the ratio of alcohol and ketone, catalyst amount, and the volume of water-carrying agent on the yield of cyclohexanone 1,2-propylene ketal were investigated. The results show that the suitable condition for the reaction are as follows: the amount of cyclohexanone is 0.1 mol, the molar ratio of 1,2-propanediol and cyclohexanone is 1.3, the amount of catalyst is 0.4 g, the volume of cyclohexane used as the wate-carrying agent is 8 mL, reaction time is 60 min. The ketal yield is up to 96.3%. The catalyst could be reused five times without significant declining of catalytic activity.

Synthesis of Cyclohexanon 1,2-Propanediol  Ketal Over Fe 2(SO 4) 3/SiO 2 Catalyst

Cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was synthesized by using cyclohexanone 1,2-propylene glycol as starting materials and silica-supported ferric sulfate \[Fe 2(SO 4) 3/SiO 2\] solid acid as a catalyst under solvent-less conditions. The catalyst was prepared by sol-gel and impregnation methods. Efects of factors on yield of product,such as calcination temperature of Fe 2(SO 4) 3/SiO 2 solid acid catalyst, the mass fration of Fe 2(SO 4) 3, molar ratio of the reactant,reaction time,mass fraction of catalyst and its stability,were investigated in detail. The results show that the Fe 2(SO 4) 3/SiO 2 has high catalytic activities. The optimal reaction conditions are: calcination temperatures of Fe 2(SO 4) 3/SiO 2 solid acid catalyst 300 ℃, the mass fration of Fe 2(SO 4) 3 in SiO 2 20%, molar ratio of cyclohexanone to 1,2-propanediol 1∶1, the mass fraction of catalyst 5% and the reaction time 70 min. Under the above conditions the yield of cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal is 98.21%. Fe 2(SO 4) 3/SiO 2 catalyst is excellent in stability and reusability,and yield of cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal keeps at 88.90% after being used for 5 times

Anodic Oxide Coating Preparation of Aluminum Alloy With Dirrect Current

As sample, industrial pure aluminum L2 after surface preparation and anodic oxide coating with D.C. was studied. The effect of oxidation time and voltage on thickness and hardness of anodic oxide coating was discussed. The results of SEM, EDS and analysis of the cross section of the sample coated oxide film show that optimal condition of anodic oxide coating preparations are as follows: 200 g/L H 2SO 4,1 g/L Al 2O 3, D.C. 10 V, 40 min oxidant time, (20±1) ℃. Under this condition, uniform, harder and tighter with the basal body of the sample can be obtained. Moreover, it was found that the film is become thicker and the hardness is deceased with increasing the oxidant time.

Effects of Magnetic Field Intensity on Microstructure and Property of Sn-9Zn Solder

Effects on microstructure and property of Sn-9Zn solder alloy were researched under different magnetic field intensity by means of XRD,Leica and Microhardness, etc. The result shows that external magnetic field can promote microstructure refinement of Sn-9Zn solder alloy, but can't change its phase. Wetting ability and microhardness of Sn-9Zn solder alloy enhance with increasing intensity of external magnetic field, and microhardness of Sn-9Zn solder alloy reach to 22.9 MPa at 0.5 T of external magnetic field, which increases 13.2% compared with no external magnetic field action to the solder.

Calculation of the Thin film Lubrication on Harmonic Gear Considering the Effect of Surface Roughness

Considering the influence of surface roughness,by using the average Reynolds equation based on the average flow model, the teeth lubrication appearance of harmonic gear drive was researched further. The calculation relationship between tooth face pressure and oil film thickness was deduced, the numerical solve of shear films and squeeze films was computed,the curves of teeth minimum oil film was given. The result shows when the teeth surface roughness is enlarged, the effect of hydrodynamic pressure lubrication it caused is strengthened, the lubrication oil of teeth is saved easily, the enough oil film can be established.

Short-Term Operation Analysis of Heat Exchange on Single U-Tube Heat Exchanger of Ground Coupled Heat Pump

A single U-tube is the most common type of ground heat exchange in Ground Coupled Heat Pump(GCHP)system, and ground heat exchanger is an important component of the GCHP system. The real shape of U-tube was considered, and heat transfer model of underground vertical buried tube heat exchanger was built with math methods and numerical analysis software. The soil temperature distributions around the buried tube under different working conditions were solved by programming. The analysis shows that the thermal conductivity and specific heat of soil, the thermal conductivity of backfilled material in drilling and the distance between U-tubes have direct effect on the heat transfer performance of buried tubes. The results may provide guidance in the design of GCHP systems.

It was introduced using SLP method on the overall layout of the hydraulic parts factory; Through the basic elements analysis of the hydraulic parts factory and operational units of material flow analysis, obtaining the facility relationship based on the theory of classical systematic layout planning. Optimal Design of the Clamp of the Sensor in Surveying Ice-Jamming Position of Pipe

When the ice-jamming position of pipe is checked by resistance strain sensation, it was proposed to adopt a clamp which could be dismantled and installed times without number to make the operation convenient and avoid affixing resistance strain flakes repeatedly. A clamp with n-structure and a small elliptic hole was advanced, then the loading situation of clamp was analyzed theoretically and the distribution of strain was simulated through finite element method. The analysis results indicate that with this clamp the signal-to-noise of the sensor is improved and lays a foundation for the use of clamp in checking ice-jamming position of pipe.

Mathematical Modeling and Graphics Simulation for Tooth Profile of an Ellipse Involutes Gears

A new modeling method of an ellipse gear's profile was proposed. Firstly, according to the analysis of the forming principle of the involutes profile and the tooth thickness of formula, a mathematical model of involutes profile was established. Secondly, a geometric relationship of pinion cutter and pitch curve of an ellipse gears was established, which made pinion cutter do pure rolling. Then the engaging equations of two models were combined and the mathematical model of tooth profile of ellipse gear was established. Third, in processing, the arc length of cutter on the pitch curve was equal to be the length of cutter rotating around its axis in order to guarantee the generating between the pinion cutter and the blank. Finally, an involutes profile of an ellipse gears was formed using the method of computer graphics simulation. The accuracy and the validity of the mathematical model were confirmed by simulation.

Moving Object Detection Based on HSV Color Space and Fixed Scene

Aiming at detecting chromatic moving object from video sequences with fixed scene.HSV color space was adopted to represent each raw frame in video sequences,then it established background frame based on self-adaptive background model by extracting V value in raw frame, and detected moving object based on background subtraction.Motion region binarization incorporated H value in raw frame to filter motion region,in order to obtain the foreground frame in which the special moving object was selected.The experimental results show that the algorithm can achieve the special color moving object detection in the video with fixed scene and several moving objects very well.

A Novel Layered Texture Synthesis Algorithm

Current texture synthesis algorithms can neither preserve the integrity of the salient object, nor keep the same distribution of the salient object in the synthesized textures as that in the source texture. A novel layered texture synthesis algorithm was proposed. Firstly, the salient objects were extracted by adopting the normalized cut image segmentation method. Then an image imprinting algorithm was applied to fill the holes caused by salient object extraction in the background to generate a completed background sample, with which we can synthesis the full background image of the target texture. The experimental result shows that this algorithm can not only get the distribution of the salient object in the synthesized textures but also preserve the integrity of the salient object.

α-Diagonal Strictly Dominance Matrix and Convergence Theorem of Iteration Methods

Some iteration methods for solving linear system were studied,when coefficient matrix is α-diagonal strictly dominance or doubly diagonal strictly dominance, and some convergence theorems were given. Results obtained were applicable to α-diagonal strictly dominance matrix or doubly diagonal strictly dominance matrix, and improved the known results and were suited to extended matrices. Finally, an numerical examples were given for illustrating advantage of results.

The characterization of self-adjoint domains for symmetric differential operators with interior singular points in the direct sum spaces was investigated. By constructing different quotient spaces, using the method of symplectic geometry, self-adjoint extensions of symmetric differential operators in the direct sum spaces for the different deficiency indices at (2n,2n)singular points were studied. The classification and description of complete Lagrangian submanifold that correspond with self-adjoint domains of second order differential operators were given.

Approximation and Fitting of a Kind of Operators

Lagrange operator(Ln)and Bernstein operator(Bn)are two important operators used to deal with polynomial approximation and fitting problems, and they have advantages and disadvantages of their own. As to how to avoid weaknesses of these two operators, scholars have made unremitting efforts. One of the most famous is the French mathematician Sablonniere P, who introduced and studied a kind of new quasi-Bernstein interpolation operators in 1992. This kind of operators have given dual attention to the Lagrange operator and the Bernstein operator merit, and have avoided the two's deficiency. After giving the expression of operators B (k) n in detail when n=3. How to make use of these operators to conduct design of polynomial curve satisfying certain given conditions was proposed.

Application of Fuzzy Evaluation Method in Risk  Assessment for Real Estate Investment

After the financial crisis in 2008, real estate market in Fushun city began to appear the promising phenomenon. However, in the reality of our city, the small and medium-sized real estate industry still had many problems. The operators did not have a strong sense of investment, the basic decision-making lying in the experience, and most developers lacked scientific and objective analysis of the feasibility of investment. In addition, the supply and demand was disjointed. On one hand, excessive inefficient supply resulted in a great deal of vacancy; on the other hand, the keen need of people wasn't met. The factor and mechanism of the risk in real estate market were analyzed. On this basis, the fuzzy evaluation method was applied to appraise real estate risk of Fushun and the relevant preventable and controllable measures were put forward.

Synthesis of Benzaldehyde 1,2-Propylene Acetal Catalyzed by K 5CoW 12O 40·3H 2O

The catalytic activity of benzaldehyde 1,2-propylene acetal was investigated from benzaldehyde and 1,2-propylene glycol in the presence of potassium dodecatungstocobaltate trihydrate (K 5CoW 12O 40·3H 2O). The effects of the cyclohexanone/1,2-propylene glycol molar ratio, the amount of the catalyst, cyclohexane dosage, the reaction time and the using regenerated catalyst on yield were studied systematically. The results show that potassium dodecatungstocobaltate trihydrate (K 5CoW 12O 40·3H 2O) is an excellent catalyst for the above reaction. The preferable experimental conditions are as follows: benzaldehyde/1,2-propylene glycol molar ratio is 1∶1.2, benzaldehyde is 0.1 mol, potassium dodecatungstocobaltate trihydrate (K 5CoW 12O 40·3H 2O) is 0.3 g, the volume of cyclohexane is 10 mL, and reaction time is 45 min. Under the above experimental conditions, the maximum yield of benzaldehyde 1,2-propylene acetal is up to 92.8%.

Analysis of Fouling Resistance of the Membrane and Cleaning Technique

It was studied simulated acrylic fiber wastewater treatment used membrane bioreactor. In Lab research, the fouling mechanisms of the membrane in microfihration were studied. Every kind of resistances in the simulated acrylic fiber wastewater treatment was analyzed. The results show that the fouling is mainly from concentration polarization and cake layer under the conditions of the lower operating pressure. However, the fouling mainly from cake layer under the conditions of the higher operating pressure. The resistances from the block and itself is small, thus, they are the minor factors for the membrane fouling. Determination of Flavonoids From Codonopsis Pilosula by Microwave-Assisted Extraction and Spectrophotometer

Flavonoids were extracted from Codonopsis pilosula by microwave-assisted extraction and its contents were determined by spectrophotometer. The extraction rate of flavonoids were investigated by single factor experiment included alcohol volume fraction, ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature, and extraction time. The best conditions for procedure were as follows: extracting time is 15 min, extracting temperature is 85 ℃, the volume fraction of ethanol is 70%,  and material to liquid ratio is 1∶30. Under the optimal conditions, the amount of flavonoids in codonopsis pilosula was 2.87%, RSD=0.878%(n=5), and their recovery is between 99%~102%.

Calculation of Statistical Values of Valence Electron Structure Parameters of Cu Simple Substance

Based on the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules, the valence electron structure and statistical values of valence electron structure parameters of Cu simple substance (n′ A, E′ A ) were analyzed and calculated. The calculation method of statistical values of valence electron structure parameters was given, and the statistical values n′ A, E′ A were compared with the most probable value n A and E A. The calculation results show that a type hybridization of Cu atoms are on the first to twelfth hybrid level which the status of their practice that may exist. The calculation deviation of the statistical values n′ A, E′ A and the corresponding most probable value n A, E A are 5.72% and 6.86%, respectively. These results show that n A and E A can be replaced by n′ A and E′ A for discussing the macro properties of Cu.

Based on the theories of rotor dynamics and gear meshing, the finite element model of a gear-shaft system was established according to a certain gear transmission system of a steam unit. The bending and torsional modes of the single gear wheel and coupling gear-shaft system were calculated and compared respectively. The effect of gear stiffness on the critical speeds of the coupling gear-shaft system was studied. Moreover, the imbalance responses of the single and coupling system were employed. The calculated results offer some academic reference of gear system design.

The steam injection boiler of Liaohe oil field Jinzhou oil extraction factory produces steam with recycling water. Because of water quality over standard, silica and salt fouling and crystallizing resulted in over temperature of the tube in superheated region, allowed stress decreases sharply and explosion of tube. With maximum flame diameter 3 m, it is happen that silica and salt fouling and crystallizing at the same time resulted in explosion of tube. The main method to solve above problem is decrease steam dryness or alternative variation, and the two worst working conditions  don′t  occurred at same time.

Simulation of Drop Track in Cyclone Stream-Water Separator

The strong swirl turbulent flow and the movement of drops in the cyclone separator are very complex and much more random. So it is very difficult to predict the law of flow with parse means. In order to study the condition of motion of the drops inside a stream cyclone separator of the type stairmand and it′s mechanism of separation, three-dimensional numerical simulation of internal flow field of stream phase and the motion condition of drops in it were conducted by using the software fluent. The results show that the moving tracks of small drops and big drops are different, even if their original locations are the same. The effect of the flow pulse and the toted action from big drops is very marked for the small drops, so the probability of its appearance in second flow is also much, and the effect for the capability of separation is also much. therefore, the drop is more big, the separation efficiency is more high.

Influence of Two-Phase Region Heat Treatment on Cryogenic Toughness in 9Ni Steel

The effect of process parameters for intercritical heat treatment (IHT) on the microstructure and low-temperature toughness in 9Ni steel were investigated by means of SEM and XRD, etc. The experimental results show that intermediate quenching temperature and tempering temperature have obvious influence on cryogenic toughness. The higher or lower heat treatment temperature brings about the decrease in impact toughness. The reversed austenite distributes more dispersively and homogeneously, and much precipitates in specimens treated by IHT process compared with those treated by quenching and tempering process.

Determination of the Time for Oil on Buried Hot Oil Pipelines  in the Course of Starting Transportation

Using finite element method, the soil temperature field around the buried hot oil pipeline during starting transportation was calculated numerically. Then the time for oil was identified precisely. The results show that 20 h after preheating for oil can be in line with the requirement. The results are in accordance with engineering. A reliable theoretical basis is provided for hot oil pipeline to operate economically and securely through applying the technology.

Based on embedded system and network communication technology, a multiaspect video monitoring system was designed and developed from the angle of functional diversity. AV capturing, playing and AVI file recording were implemented in local monitoring; remote video playing and transcription were implemented based on IP network in client monitoring; the monitoring page can be obtained in the browser by means of establishing a embedded Web server; the site images can be send to users' cellphone anytime via GPRS network in MMS monitoring. The experimental results show that the above-mentioned four kinds of monitoring modes can work in parallel and achieve the expected effect.

The platform is modular, so it’s easy to maintain and extend. And there is no dependency between its processing unit and the data container, which makes it more suitable to a distributed environment and independent development.

Adaptive Predistortion Techniques Based on Block-Oriented Model

The advantages and disadvantages of the previous predistortion methods for high power amplifiers (HPA) in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) transmitter were compared and summarized systematically. Block-oriented model-based adaptive digital predistortion technique was presented to compensate for the distortions in HPA with memory. The proposed predistortion schemes were explained, where the adaptive predistorters of HPA with memory were constructed based on Wiener model, Hammerstein model and Wiener-Hammerstein model, respectively. Thus, the complexity of the model parameters of all aspects of Wiener-Hammerstein estimated is avoided, separately. This makes the predistortion design of a high power amplifier with memory became simple.
