摘要: 以正规化的刚度矩阵为理论基础, 建立了线性柔性平台。通过对柔性平台的刚度矩阵进行正规化处理获得机构的柔度矩阵, 进而判断所设计机构的自由度和约束。对所设计柔性平台进行了有限元仿真分析, 分析结果表明, 所得振型结果与理论计算结果一致, 可为多自由度线性柔性机构的设计与分析提供借鉴。

关键词: 柔性平台, 五自由度, 正规化, 柔度矩阵, 仿真分析

Abstract: Based on the theory of normalization of stiffness matrix, a linear flexible platform was established. Through the stiffness matrix of flexible platform normalization process, its flexibility matrix organization was gotten, and then judged the degree of freedom and constraints of the design agencies. Then through analyzing the finite element simulation for the designed flexible platform, the results showed that the results of the finite element analysis was consistent with the calculated theoretical. This could become the reference for the design and analysis of multiple degrees of freedom linear flexible mechanism.
