钻铣机液压集成块内部孔道结构分析研究

Analysis of Drilling and Milling Machine Hydraulic Manifold  Internal Pore Structure Optimization

摘要: 摘 要:  液压集成块是液压系统中的重要部件, 钻铣机在工作时液压集成块发热量大、 升温幅度大, 给液压系
统带来较大的能量损失。应用 AN S Y S软件中F LOTRANC F D模块对液压集成块内部孔道进行数值仿真, 得出了
内部孔道结构参数与局部压力损失之间的关系。同时, 以液压集成块内部孔道为研究对象, 模拟孔道内部液流的流
动状态, 对局部压力损失大的集成块孔道进行了仿真分析, 得出了采用合理的孔道结构, 可减小液压系统压力损失、
提高液压系统效率的结论。

Abstract: Hydraulic manifold block is an important component of the hydraulic system. When drilling and milling machine was at work,hydraulic manifold block calorific value was large and temperature rise was huge so as to cause the hydraulic system great energy loss. And the numerical simulation was used for hydraulic manifold block internal pore by applying for ANSYS software FLOTRAN CFD module. The results showed the relationship between the internal pore structure parameters and partial pressure loss. While hydraulic manifold block internal channels were as the objective of study, the regime of flow inside pore was simulated and the partial pressure great loss of manifold blocks for structural optimization was analyzed. The results show that reasonable pore structure could reduce the hydraulic system pressure loss to improve the hydraulic system efficiency.
