流量对接地极雾化电晕放电油烟净化器的影响

摘要: 研究了在接地极雾化电晕放电中流量对起晕电压的影响,估算了不同流量下泰勒锥尖端的曲率。研究结果表明:随流量的变化起晕电压存在一个最小值,说明此时形成的泰勒锥尖端曲率半径最小。同时,分析了泰勒锥沿线电极的分布及其对净化效率的影响,测量了接地极雾化电晕放电过程中形成的雾化液滴的粒径并分析了其形成过程。结果表明粒径分布相对集中。其原因可能是:液滴粒径的大小主要受电场力和水流的平均带电量的影响,从液滴粒径的分布来看,也说明水层在接触带电和感应带电后形成了尖端曲率半径较为相似的泰勒锥,所以尖端积累的电荷量也比较接近,最后在电场力以及泰勒锥尖端电荷间排斥力的作用下,形成了粒径大小比较集中的液滴。

Abstract: The influence of magnetic field on corona onset voltage was studied in the earthed atomizing corona discharge, and the curvature of the charging mechanism was studied in earthed atomizing corona discharge under magnetic field or not. Eventually, the charging mechanism of earthed atomizing discharges under magnetic field was analyzed. The results show that the corona onset voltage of the earthed atomizing corona discharge is decreased because the magnetic field is used, and the charging efficiency is enhanced by magnetic field. But the influence on the diameter of water drops is not obvious. In addition, the minimum values of discharge currents are exist in the earthed atomizing corona discharge when the magnetic field is used or not.
