低温催化裂化汽油非加氢催化剂的研制

摘要:      采用Hβ 沸石为载体, 以非贵金属Ni , W 为活性组分, P 为助剂低温合成FCC 汽油非加氢催化剂, 并利用氯化处理方法对载体进行改性研究, 考察氯化温度、氯化时间对催化性能的影响。应用BET 法表征, 确定改性条件对载体物化性质的影响, 在微型反应装置上分析催化剂的降烯烃的能力。结果表明, 当氯化温度为600 ℃, 氯化时间为6 h 时, 所得催化剂活性较高, 稳定性较好, 能持续运行2 000 h , 分析反应温度对产品分布的影响, 在110℃的低温条件下, 汽油中的烯烃体积分数下降了18 .2 %, 同时硫脱除率高达35 .4 %, 且催化剂再生性能较好, 再生后仍保持较高的催化活性。

Abstract:

        A non-hydrog enization catalyst for FCC gasoline upgrading under low temperature was synthesized using Hβ zeolite as carrier , non -noble metal nickel and wolf ram as main composition , and phosphorous as promoter .The effect of chloridization treatment on Hβ zeolite under different treatment temperature and trea tment time was studied.The effect of treatment conditions on physicochemical properties of carrier was investigated using BET technology and catalytic activity evaluation was performed on micro-reactor .The results show that the β -zeolite treated by chloridization appears higher activity and better stability lasting for 2 000 hours when the treatment temperature is 600 ℃ and treatment time is 6 hours .The influence of reaction temperature on product distribution w as studied .I t can be found that not only the olefin content decreases 18 .2 % but also the desulfurization ratio reaches to 35 .4% under 110 ℃.The catalyst has better reclaiming property and recycled catalyst still exhibits high catalytic activity .
