Effects of Biological Enzymes on the Breaking of Low-Temperature and Low-Molecular Guar Gum Gel Fracturing System

摘要: 针对致密砂岩储层的地质状况和低温地层破胶难的问题,优选出低伤害、高效返排特性的压裂液体系,进行低温胍胶压裂液室内实验,分别研究了在温度40℃和45℃时,破胶剂中加入酶时压裂液性能方面的变化。结果表明,温度升高以及酶的加入都会加快破胶速度,初步实现了对低温地层致密砂岩储层压裂技术的突破,对于合理开发此类储层具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: In view of the geological conditions of tight sandstone reservoir and the difficulty of low temperature gel breaking, it is necessary to select the fracturing fluid system of low damage and high efficiency. So the experiment of low temperature guar gum gel fracturing fluid was carried out and the change of the performance of the fracturing fluid is studied at 45 ℃ and 40 ℃. The results indicated that the speed of gel breaking was accelerated with the temperature increasing and the addition of the enzyme. The breakthrough of fracturing technology for low temperature tight sandstone reservoir preliminarily realized, and it is great significant for the development of such reservoirs.
