螺旋与弓形折流板换热器性能对比及螺旋角优化

摘要:         对螺旋角为12 、18 、30 、40°的螺旋折流板换热器进行传热和压降性能测试。应用英国传热协会的Tasc3 软件对弓形折流板换热器的运行情况进行了模拟, 得到了相应结构下的总传热系数和压降值。通过数据的计算整理, 在相同流量下, 进行了不同螺旋角的螺旋折流板换热器与弓形折流板换热器在单位压力降下总传热系数的对比, 同时对12、18 、30、40°螺旋角的螺旋折流板换热器的壳程膜传热系数及压降进行对比研究, 优化螺旋角。实验结果表明, 实验用12、18 、30、40°螺旋角的螺旋折流板换热器的总传热系数要比相应结构下的弓形折流板换热器高59 .48 %以上, 研究表明, 实验条件下, 18°螺旋角的螺旋折流板换热器的综合传热性能要优于12 、30、40°螺旋角的螺旋折流板换热器。

Abstract:

     Performance test of heat transfer and pressure drop was done in the helical baffle heat exchangers with helix angle of 12°,18°, 30°and 40°.Applying a software Tasc3 o f British Heat Transfer Association, the operation situation of heat exchangers of segmental baffle board was simulated , and the value of heat coefficient and pressure drop was obtained.Through data computation, under the same flow quantity , the overall coefficient per pressure drop of helical baffle board heat exchangers with different helix angles was compared with those of segmental baffle board heat exchangers.Meanwhile , the coefficient at shell side and the pressure drop were studied contrastively for different helix angles of 12°, 18°, 30°and 40°, and helix angle w as optimized .The results show that the overall heat coefficient of helical baffle board heat ex changers in our tests is higher 59.48% than that of segmental baffle board heat ex changers of corresponding structures.Under the test condition, the general performance of baffle heat exchanger with helix angle of 18? is better than baffle heat exchanger with helix angle 12°, 30°and 40°.
