采用理化指标计算汽油辛烷值

摘要: 以常用理化指标,如馏程、密度、芳香烃含量和烯烃含量、溴价为参数,提出计算汽油马达法辛烷值和
研究法辛烷值的公式。通过对大量炼厂和文献数据进行验证,结果表明,研究法辛烷值的计算结果中,70%的样品
误差小于1.2;马达法辛烷值的计算结果中,81%的样品误差小于1.8,说明公式可以用于辛烷值的计算,公式误差符
合标准要求。公式具有适用范围广、计算快捷方便等优点,对炼油生产过程中的产品质量控制具有一定的参考价
值。

Abstract: Using common quality specifications, the prediction equations for calculation motor octane number (MON) and research octane number (RON) were proposed, including distillation range, density, aromatic content, and olefinic content or bromine value. From a large number of refineries and literature data, about 70% of the sample error is less than 1.2 when MON is calculated directly by means of these prediction equations, and more than 81% of error is less than 1.8 by RON being calculated. Therefore, the ON can be calculated by these equations. It shows that the error of the prediction equations meet the standard requirement. The equations are a rapid, simple and wide-application method for the calculation of ON. They have something referential values for product quality control in petroleum refinery operation.
