Abstract475)      PDF (847KB)(336)
Simulated oilfield wastewater and seawater were used as corrosive mediums, corrosion tests of 20# carbon steel, aluminizing carbon steel and sherardized carbon steel were evaluated via static corrosion weight loss method. The impact factors containing concentration of Cl-,Ca2+,HCO-3 and temperature were investigated. The research results show that the corrosion resistance performance of sherardized carbon steel is superior to 20# carbon steel and aluminizing carbon steel in the corrosion mediums. 

The Performance of Different Humidity Sulfured Hydrogen Absorbed on the Surface of Ferrous Oxide
YANG Shu-yi, LI Ping, ZHANG Zhen-hua, ZHAO Shan-lin,rt al
Abstract830)      PDF (295KB)(593)
The sulfured hydrogen gas adsorbed on the surface of ferrous oxide was investigated. The effect of temperature, humidity of sulfured hydrogen gas, volume ratio of sulfured hydrogen gas and humidity of ferrous oxide was discussed. The results show that decreasing sulfide temperature, increasing humidity and volume ratio of sulfured hydrogen gas would enhance the absorb reaction. And when the humidity of ferrous oxide was 10%,the absorb volume ratio of sulfured hydrogen gas is larger than other humidity of ferrous oxide.Another conclusion is that dry sulfured hydrogen gas adsorbed on the surface of
ferrous oxide and the product is sulfide ferrous, which can make an effect of corruption on the equipment.

Abstract362)      PDF (252KB)(238)
The sulfur - bearing organics in diesel oil was oxidized using H2O2 - CH3COOH systems via microwave irradiation, then the oxidized organic sulfur compounds (sulfones) were extracted by N,N - dimethyl formamide. Experimental results show that the removal efficiency of sulfur compounds is up to 88.2% in the following conditions:the dosage of the oxidant is 12 times as much as that of theoretical, the volume ratio of solvent-to-oil is 0.25∶1, the pressure is 0.4 MPa, the radiant time on the constant pressure is 6 min, the microwave power is 375 W,the volume ratio of extractant-to- oil is 0.25∶1, the standing time is 10 min. Compared with other methods on oxidative desulfurization, the removal efficiency of sulfur can increase 26%~42% and the dosage of the oxidant reduce 20%~50%.
