Adsorption Properties of Dyes from Aqueous Solutions by Covalent Organic Frameworks COF-TpPa-1

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are a class of crystalline porous polymers formed by linking several light elements through covalent bonds. They feature large specific surface area, excellent chemical stability, and precisely tunable pore architecture, rendering them highly promising for adsorption applications. In this work, COF-TpPa-1 demonstrated effective performance as an adsorbent for the removal of two representative organic dyes (methyl green and congo red) from aqueous solutions. Comprehensive investigations were performed to analyze the effects of various factors while examining adsorption isotherms, kinetics, and thermodynamics. The results demonstrated that the adsorption of both methyl green and congo red onto COF-TpPa-1 followed the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model, indicating a predominant monolayer adsorption mechanism.Kinetic studies showed excellent accordance with the pseudo-second-order model, indicating chemisorption as the primary adsorption mechanism. The adsorption processes of COF-TpPa-1 for both dyes were endothermic and thermodynamically spontaneous.Remarkable maximum adsorption capacities of 253.17 mg/g for methyl green and 166.39 mg/g for congo red were achieved at 313 K. Furthermore, ethanol treatment enabled efficient dye desorption and adsorbent regeneration.

Software Simulation and Experimental Study on the Law of Wax Deposition Pattern in Deep Condensate Gas

The Bozi block of the Tarim Oilfield is a typical tight sand condensate gas reservoir with serious wax plugging. So it is necessary to study the phase behavior and the wax deposition pattern of well fluids in Bozi gas reservoir, which will provide the phase enveloping diagram of the condensate gas and then help to control the paraffin deposition. In this study, the PVT tester and the self⁃designed microscopic solid deposition tester with visualized windows are used to get the phase enveloping line of the condensate gas of Well Bozi 104. The condensate oil and wax precipitation are analyzed based on the results of software simulation and production data. The results show that in the process of condensate gas changing with temperature and pressure, different phase states are produced, such as gas phase region, gas⁃liquid two phase region, gas⁃solid two phase region and gas⁃liquid⁃solid three phase region. The experimental results are used to correct the software simulation results to obtain different temperature and pressure phase. The state envelope is used to predict the conditions for liquid and wax precipitation when the production wells are in different production stages; the condensate and wax deposition areas of the Bozi 104 wells are located on the ground transmission pipelines, and appropriate anti⁃wax measures should be made

Analysis of Influence Factors for Electric Dehydration of Returned Acidizing Fluids

The acidizing cleanup emulsion phenomenon is serious, and it can not enter the power off process. In view of the above problems, indoor simulation experiments were carried out to explore the influence of temperature, pH value, moisture content, the oil phase of the returned liquid, the water phase of the returned liquid, the iron-containing compound and the mud content on electric dehydration of returned acidizing fluids. It was found that when the impurities in the oil were less, the water phase and water content of the returned acidizing fluids had little effect on the electric dehydration, the increasing of the temperature was beneficial to the effluent demulsification, and neutral pH value was the most suitable condition for the demulsification of the returned fluids. The ferric hydroxide colloid which was wrapped with crude oil, sludge and free water in oil, forming a very high conductivity intermediate layer between the oil phase and the water phase, was the main cause of electric dehydrator trip.

Research and Development of Digital Oil Depot  Training System Based on GIS

The main work of oil depot is flammable and explosive oil and crude oil. The production process of the production system is complex and the result of false operation is serious. The traditional training mode of staff is limited, the risk is great, and the students can not see the operation and related parameters of the intrinsic relationship. So it is difficult to establish the relationship between theory and practice. The construction of digital oil depot training system based on GIS, can effectively compensate for the lack of the traditional model. Using B/S architecture and SQL server as the database platform, developed in the ArcGIS platform, making the traditional training combine with computer technology, 3D visualization of digital oil depot and the visual information management training and assessment of large data will be realized. The practical example shows that the system has strong practicability, intuitive information display, and has good universality, which provides technical support for improvement of operation and management level of oil depot.

According to the structure of rod pumping system, combined with expert advice, establish the rod pumping system energy consumption evaluation technology index which was conclude system efficiency motor power utilization and so on, Synthesizes the energy consumption economic and social index, established a complete rod pumping system energy consumption evaluation index system, refer to the national industry standard, applied expert system method, construct the comments system and rule system, the rod pumping system energy consumption evaluation expert system was established. Analyzed a system in shengli oilfield, think the motor matching and management is main problem in this system, at same time, put forward related suggestions, the result conform the actual, it can provide the rod pumping system energy saving. 

A Cutting Recognition Algorithm Based on Support Vector Machine and Texture

In the cutting logging process,how to recognize the cuttings automatically ,quickly and correctly is very important.A cutting recognition algorithm based on Gabor filter and SVM was proposed to resolve this problem. The algorithm used
Gabor filter to get the cuttings' features.Then the features were used to train the support vector machine classifier and the cuttings were classified by using the trained support vector machine.Using the algorithm,after logged 4 wells of Luodai gas reservoir,a high recognition rate can be reached at 90%. The experimental results demonstrate the algorithm is feasible,robust and applicable.
