In this paper, the hydrotalcite with positive charge was obtained by stripping the nitrate hydrotalcite, then a layer of Cl

was adsorbed to form electric double layer nanomaterials. The samples were characterized by XRD, HRTEM and FT-IR and used in anticorrosion coatings. The corrosion resistance of the coating was studied by SEM, polarization curve and nyquist curves technology. The results show that this kind of electric double layer nanomaterials can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the layer, and the corrosion potential can be increased from -0.9 V to -0.5V, which has a good application prospect.

Combined with synchronized monitoring techniques, purification processes for active constituent of alkylbenzene sulfonate have been optimized, and the total alkylbenzene sulfonate, mono-alkylbenzene sulfonate and di-alkylbenzene sulfonate can be obtained with purity over 90%. With the above active constituents as standard substances respectively, the determination of alkylbenzene sulfonate content in the original samples was carried out by high performance liquid chromatograph. The results showed the sample contained mono- and di-alkylbenzene sulfonate simultaneously, and the content of mono-alkylbenzene sulfonate was much higher than that of di-alkylbenzene sulfonate. They had maximum absorption at the wavelength of 224 nm, and the absorption coefficients of total alkylbenzene sulfonate and mono-alkylbenzene sulfonate were similar, higher than that of di-alkylbenzene sulfonate. With total, mono- and di-alkylbenzene sulfonate as standard substances respectively, the limits of quantitation were 5 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L, respectively. The determination result of active constituent was about 3% lower with total alkylbenzene sulfonate as standard substance than that with mono- and di-alkylbenzene sulfonate as standard substances simultaneously, owing to the weaker absorption coefficient of di-alkylbenzene sulfonate.

Study on Synergistic Effect of Intumescent Flame Retardant for Road Asphalt

The synergism flame retardant effect of expandable graphite(EG) and intumescent flame retardant(IFR) on road asphalt was investigated by limiting oxygen index(LOI) and the flame retardant mechanism was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results revealed synergism of EG and IFR has a good flame retardant effect which greatly improved LOIs and enhanced thermal stability by forming inflation homogenous porous carbon layer after combustion. It was confirmed by SEM that flame retardant synergism mechanism of EG and IFR on road asphalt lied in the carbon condensed phase which promoted formation of carbon layer and increased surface expansion rate of asphalt.

According to the Karamay crude oil emulsion prepared in the laboratory, high efficient silicone modified polyether demulsifier suitable for low temperature application was developed. The appropriate reaction conditions were determined through the single factor experiment as follows: the adding amount of hydrogen silicone oil was 1% of polyether mass, the amount of catalyst was 0.4%, the temperature of condensation reaction was 80 ℃, the time of reaction was 2 h. Infrared spectroscopy was used to compare the characteristic peaks of modified demulsifier groups, analysize changes of demulsifier structure and verify the target product. The dehydration effect on the tertiary oil recovery of Karamay, aging oil of Liaohe Oilfield and crude oil of Liaohe Shuguang and Daqing was studied. The dehydration rate of Karamay tertiary oil recovery was up to 87.5%, and twophase separation of tertiary oil recovery was obvious and clear. Conductance rate of dehydrated water was 4 960μs/cm and 7 010 μs/cm when unmodified demulsifier and silicone modified demulsifier were used. The dewatering effect of silicone modified demulsifier was better than the demulsifier used in site.

Preparation of CuHY Zeolites Adsorbent by Impregnation Method and Its Desulfurization Performance

The CuHY zeolites adsorbents with different Cu loadings were prepared via impregnation method. The crystal structure of the adsorbent was characterized by XRD, and the surface acidity was measured by PyFTIR technique. The adsorption desulfurization performance was evaluated using fixed bed method with a WK2D micro coulometer analyzer. The results show that the adsorbents have the best adsorption desulfurization ability when the copper loading is 4%. The adsorption desulfurization performance becomes better with the decrease of the ratio of B acid amount and L acid amount. However, the adsorption desulfurization ability reduces severely, when copper loading is too large which results the surface copper oxide species, even though there is no B acidic sites existing on the surface of the adsorbent.

SnCu/C and SnCuM/C catalysts with different auxiliaries for hydrochlorination of acetyleneactivated carbon as the carrier has been treated with the concentrated nitric acid and Sn,Cu and other metal chloride as active componentswere prepared by the wet equivalentvolume impregnation and characterized by XRD and BET. The analytical results indicate that the active constituents are highly dispersed on the surface of carrier which having larger surface area and bigger bore diameter after acidic treatment. Then, optimized reaction conditions,reaction temperature 170 ℃,space velocity 30 h-1,feed volume ratio V(HCl)/V(C2H2) 1.05,were obtained in atmospheric fixed bed reactor. The catalytic performances of SnCu/C and SnCuM/C catalysts with different auxiliaries was investigated under the optimized reaction conditions. The experimental results show that SnCu/C catalyst has good initial activity,the acetylene conversion and the selectivity of chloroethylene is over 980%.The catalytic activity and stability are improved after adding to the different auxiliaries under the metionaboved reaction conditions,the acetylene conversion and the selectivity of chloroethylene is over 98.0%.

A kind of perforating charge and perforating technology with independent transmission detonation component was proposed,which solves deep penetrating big aperture problem by its unique double composite perforating technology on perforator.It realizes the purpose on perforating and fracturing,and creates the conditions on incresing production,attains the good effects in an oil production plant in Liaohe oil field by experiments.

The removal of basic nitrogen compounds from the coker diesel by extraction with acidic ionic liquid as main denitrogenation agent were investigated. The experimental results show that good denitrogenation efficiency (up to 92%) for coker diesel can be obtained under the following conditions: the mass ratio of oil to denitrogenation agent 25, temperature of 25 ℃, stirring for 20 min under reflux and settling time of 1.5 h. Denitrogenation agent can be reused and there is no obvious decrease in the nitrogen removal efficiency (90%) after recycling 5 times.

Highly dispersed nanosized Au supported on SBA-15 by post-synthesis method was prepared and characterized by XRD techniques, and its catalytic performance on selective hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol was evaluated. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction pressure and reaction time on its catalytic performance was investigated, and find the optimum conditions are as follows: mass fraction of Au 1%, reaction temperature 220 ℃,reaction time 4 h, reaction pressure 5 MPa, mass fraction of catalyst 2%. The conversion of furfural and the selectivity to furfuryl alcohol are 92.1% and 97.8%, respectively. The catalyst can be recycled, and there is no obvious decrease on catalytic performance after 6 cycles.

Ni-Cu-P ternary alloy plating was made by electroless plating technology in the surface of 20R steel for improving corrosion resistance of 20R steel in hydrofluoric acid.The surface morphology and structure of the coating were observed and tested through metallography and X-ray diffraction technique.The corrosion behavior of 20R steel and the coating was tested by immersion method and electrochemical system in hydrofluoric acid solution.The results show that:Ni- Cu-P coating can deposit smoothly in the surface of 20R steel.The coating is smooth,compact and crack free and has prevented 20R steel from contacting hydrofluoric acid directly.The coating is much easier to passivate in hydrofluoric acid solution.Thus,the coating has corrosion resistance to some extent.

The physical properties of Liaohe ageing oil and viscous crude oil were studied and making a basis of their treatment technology.The results show that the heavy oil of Liaohe is medium crude oil but ageing oil is heavy crude oil according to the method of density classify.The result of TBP distillation shows that the initial boiling of heavy oil and ageing is correspond.The gasoline fraction(<200℃)rate of heavy oil and ageing oil are 7.70% and 2.70%,the diesel oil fraction(200~350℃) rate are 19.81% and 10.45%,the wax fraction(350~425℃)are 12.27% and 10.19%,the residual oil fraction (above 425℃) are 6.82% and 13.94%.Heavy oil all fractions rate are higher than ageing oil.The total fraction of heavy oil is 46.60%(to 464℃),but ageing oil is 37.28%(to 500℃).

To study the corrosion of Ni-Cu-P electroless coating in different concentrations HF solution,surface morphology of Ni-Cu-Pcoating was analyzed by metalloscope graphic.The corrosion resistance of Ni-Cu-Pcoating was tested by soaking method and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy testing in different concentrations HF solution.The results show that Ni-Cu-P coating is uniform,dense and has good corrosion resistance in HF solution.With the increase of HF concentration,the corrosion rate ofthe coating appears to increases then decreases in different concentrations of HF solution.

Skin Electric Corrent Tracing(SECT) was the main pipeline heating equipment and plays a very important role in the process of super heavy oil transportaton. The perforation and rupture which were caused by the localized corrosion of heating tracer and main pileline welded joints can directly influence the super heavy oil transportation. The phenomenon was occurred in Liaohe oil field Teshi pumping station. The results show that the insulation layer is broken, and the water get into it, thus the local corrosion is formed between the heating tracer and the main pipeline.

The method for detaching oil sand by ultrasonic was put forward aiming at the problems which oil-sand separation. The results show that the state of ultrasonic cavitation has large influence upon the effect of oil removing from oil sand, and the best state of ultrasonic cavitation is weak ultrasonic cavitation. The effects of the ultrasound frequency, power, time, temperature on the separation of oil and sands were studied. From orthogonal test, the optimum conditions of oil-sand separation are the ultrasonic frequency 40 kHz, utrasonic power 50 W, operative temperature 50 ℃ and treatment time 20 min. The removal rate of oil from oil sand is above 94% at this condition. It is show that the method for detaching oil sand by ultrasonic is feasible.

For the exposed crude oil pipelines,the heat capacity of oil in pipelines was much smaller than that in surrounding soil,so the cooling rate of exposed line was much faster than that of the buried line.And it becomes the key to limit shutdown time of oil transport line.Based on the bare hot oil pipeline thermal and hydraulic characteristics, established a pipeline shutdown temperature drop mathematical model.Use finite difference method after simplifying the model,changed the heat transfer partial differential equations into a system of linear equations,then used iterative method to calculate.Compile program diagram of the shutdown temperature drop of temperature field,calculated temperature distribution during different shutdown time.Compared the temperature of the governing center, 1/2 radius of the wall, developed a viable intermittent oil
transportation program.

Support vector machines generalized observer (SGO) was proposed and its design was introduced. The observer employs support vector machines (SVM) regression algorithm for fitting the nonlinearity among process variables. It was derived by process inputs and outputs except for the output to be monitored and can be used for process fault detection and fault tolerance control. multi-variables chemical process simulation results show that SVM overcomes some disadvantages of artificial neural network (ANN), such as over fitting, local minimization and difficulties in structure selection. SGO has a quite precise output in application.

According as the electrothermal driving principle of SMA springs, the simulation of SMA spring,s response velocity was made and analyzed, at the same time, an experiment on a SMA spring actuator of biomimetic propel was investigated. The result shows that the response velocity of the actuator is related with the driving current, the cooling speed and the pre-tensile length, the response velocity of SMA actuator is improved by increasing the driving current and the cooling speed, which is in accord with the result of simulation. In addition, the response velocity of the actuator is affected by the pre-tensile length, the response velocity of the actuator is improved by choosing an appropriate pre-tensile length, but the SMA spring will come into being irreversible deformation if the pre-tensile length is too large.
