Inhibition Efficiency of Compound Corrosion Inhibitor for Carbon Steels

By confecting simulation corrosion solution of pressuring air cooler system of Maoming Petrification and using CMB-1510B portable instantaneous corrosion rate meter, the experimental inhibition efficiency of organic corrosion inhibitor of Na2Sx and its compound was evaluated.The results show that Na2Sx and its compound are excellent corrosion inhibitor for the corrosion system of reactor effluent air coolers. After compounding with BTA, Na2Sx have attained excellent inhibition effect at little dosage. Moreover, BTA could form protective film on metal surface which prevented depolarizing substances to transfer toward metal surface, and reduced corrosion rate of metal.

  Isobaric Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium for the Toluene and N-Formylmorpholine System 

The process for aromatics recovering with N-formylmorpholine (NFM) by extractive distillation has been widely applied in petrochemical and coal tar industries, and the research for vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) of NFM and toluene were very important in design and optimization of rectifying tower. The VLE data of above binary system was determined using an improved VLE equipment EC-2 under 101.33 kPa, which have pass the thermodynamic consistency test of Herington, and were correlated with the NRTL and UNIQUAC models, and corresponding binary interaction parameters for the two models were obtained. The VLE curves predicted by the above model parameters agree more well with the experimental data than that predicted by literature model gained from data under 60 ℃. The VLE data and model parameters obtained above are essential for the engineering design of N-formylmorpholine-aromatics distillation processes.

Characterization of MP-Like Catalysts and Investigation on Catalytic Activity of Methane Combustion

A series of MP-like catalysts LaAAl 11O 19 and LaAMnAl 10O 19 (A stands of Cd,Zn,Zr) were prepared by co-precipitation method. The structure and the properties of these catalysts were investigated by using BET,XRD techniques and activities of methane catalytic combustion. The influence of different transition metal on the morphological and catalytic activity of the catalysts was studied. The results show that the catalyst with good crystal is obtained after calcination at 1 200 ℃. And all catalysts have the high catalytic activity and stability. The introduction of different transition metal has much effect on the properties of catalysts. The synergism is observed between the different metal ion. Catalytic activity is enhanced by synergism. LaZnMnAl 10O 19  has the higher catalytic activity in methane combustion and its light-off T 10% is 472 ℃, total conversion  T 90% is 734 ℃.

Corrosion and Simulative System of Hydrogenation Reactor Effluent Air Coolers

The corrosion mechanism of system of hydrogenation reactor effluent air collers was approached. By confecting simulation corrosion solution, it was researched the effect of experimental in various conditions on annual corrosion rate by means of the corrosion rate testing equipment of resistance probe and CMB-1510B portable instantaneous corrosion rate meterage. The investigated conditions included concentration of corrosion inhibitor, corrosion factor(Kp), pH value and synergistic effect. Results show that BTA corrosion inhibitor is an excellent inhibitor for system of hydrogenating reactor effluent air coolers, there exists good synergistic effect between (NaPO 3)6 and ZnSO 4 compounds in NH 4Cl solution; at the same time, also indicate that annual corrosion rate rises obviously with the increase of corrosion factor, annual corrosion rate rises obviously with the decrease of it when pH value changes in lower range, effect of high pH value on annual corrosion rate lessens on the whole.
