Abstract508)      PDF (287KB)(399)
Adsorption and diffusion behavior of alkane, alkene and aromatics in HZSM-5 zeolites, with pentane, 1-pentene and benzene as the model of compounds, had been investigated by using the frequency response (FR) method. The FR spectra show that pentane has the strongest FR signal, while for 1-pentene and benzene, the signals were hardly detected. Combined with the results of adsorption isotherms and the TPD,it can be concluded that the interactions between the HZSM-5 and the sorbate molecules used are quite different, the interaction between pentane and the zeolite is Van der Waals force, which belongs to physisorption, while for 1-pentene and benzene, the interactions can be attributed to the strong chemiadsorption with HZSM-5 through complexation, resulting the weak FR signals.

Abstract845)      PDF (298KB)(519)
Cu(I)Y was prepared by liquid ion-exchange.Thiophene,benzene,1-octene and n-octane adsorption and diffusion on Cu (I) Y were studied by frequency response(FR).Results suggest that the rate-controlling process of the transfer processes in thiophene-Cu(I) Y system and n-octane-Cu(I) Y system was adsorption process, and there were two different adsorption processes.According to the adsorption isotherms, the interactions between thiophene and Cu(I)Y were stronger than that between n-octane and Cu(I)Y.According to the diffusion coefficient, the rate-controlling process of the transfer processes is a single diffusion process in the benzene-Cu(I)Y system.

Abstract899)      PDF (458KB)(514)
The catalyst bismuth phosphotungstate was prepared and characterized, then the esterification of n-butanol and oleic acid was studied with bismuth phosphotungstate as a catalyst. The effect of kinds of phosphotungstate, molar ratio of alcohol to oil, the amount of catalysts, reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated. The experiment results show that molar ratio of 1.8∶1 of alcohol to oil, the amount of catalysts is 5% (based on weight of fatty oil), reaction time is 4 h under reflux conditions. At this time, the yield of esterification is 90.05%.

Abstract303)      PDF (5627KB)(344)

The various type and strength energy barrier was structured by the modified    molecular sieve. The adsorption and diffusivity performance of object adsorption molecular on the chose absorbent under the different temperature and pressure were determined. The results show that with the CuO mass fraction increase, the adsorptive capacity of ethylene in CuO/HMor first increases and then decreases. With the Cs+ mass fraction increase, total adsorptive capacity of ethylene in Cs+/HMor increases, high frequency adsorptive capacity increases, low frequency adsorptive capacity decreases. Compared adsorption capacity derived from the frequency response spectra with adsorption capacity derived from the intelligent gravimetric analyser, consequently adsorption mechanism which was explanded by frequency response method is reliability.
