Abstract: According to the theory of the spiral groove of the Muijderman,the MATLAB software is used to calculate the spring pressure of the dry gas seal.In this process,the gas film pressure equation is solved and a two-dimensional array about the radius and pressure is obtained. MATLAB curve fitting tool was used to fit the equation of radius and pressure.Combined with the classic example, the root pressure and the opening force of the spiral groove are calculated, and the relative error is compared with the literature, which verifies the reliability of inference calculation.The spring pressure of the working condition is obtained, which provides the basis for the design of the spring pressure and the maintenance of the spring.

摘要: 根据Muijderman的螺旋槽窄槽理论,在已知螺旋槽进出口压力的条件下,对干气密封的弹簧比压做了计算推导。借助MATLAB软件,求解槽区气膜压力方程,得出了关于半径和压力的二维数组并拟合方程。结合经典算例,计算了槽根压力、开启力,与文献比较并分析相对误差,验证了推理计算的可靠性。求得工况下的弹簧比压,为弹簧比压的设计以及运行时的维护提供依据。
