堵水新技术在高尚堡浅层区块的应用

Abstract: The shallow reservoir of Gaoshangpu Oilfield was the boundary, natural energy driven reservoir. It had sufficient energy, and interval layer between oil and water layers were thinner. To control basal or bottom water plugging, prolong water-free or low water cut oil production period and keep basal or bottom water flowing evenly, the selective chemical water shutoff technology indoor evaluation test and field pilot test were carried out. The indoor evaluation test indicates the dimensionless ratio of water and oil shutoff is 5.25; the effect of pilot test application of well G104-5P35 is obvious and continuous. The amount of decreasing produced water is 68 000 cubic meter and the amount of increasing oil production is 705 tons,and the amount of water cut decreasing is four percent.

摘要: 高尚堡油田浅层油藏为边底水驱动油藏, 天然能量充足, 油水层间隔层较薄, 在开发过程中易形成边底水突进、水窜、水淹, 油井含水上升速度快。为抑制水锥或控制边底水锥进, 最大限度地延长油井无水或低含水采油和保持边底水均匀驱替, 达到提高底水油层开发效果的目的, 开展了选择性化学堵水技术的室内评价和现场试验。室内评价实验表明该堵剂的无量纲堵水堵油比达5 .25 , 在高尚堡油田浅层区块筛选G104-5P35 井的矿场试验后降水增油效果比较明显, 截止目前累计增油705 t , 降水68 000 m3 , 含水下降4%, 并且持续有效。
