Synthesis of Supported Al(OH) 3/SiO 2 and Its Adsorption Properties for Uranyl

The preparation of supported adsorbent Al(OH) 3/SiO 2 and its adsorption behavior on uranyl ions were studied.The effects of adsorbent quality,solution pH,initial solution concentration,temperature and contact time on adsorption performance were investigated.The adsorption mechanism was preliminarily studied based on adsorption isotherm,thermodynamics,and kinetics.The effects of coexisting ions and fulvic acid on the adsorption properties were also investigated.The results showed that when the adsorbent mass was 0.03 g,pH=5,initial concentration of uranyl ions was 1 mmol/L,temperature was 303 K and contact time was 60 min,the maximum adsorption capacity was 110.4 mg/g,which could be reused four times.The adsorption process of uranyl ion on Al(OH) 3/SiO 2 is endothermic and spontaneous.The adsorption of monolayers is dominant,the adsorption behavior conforms to the quasisecondary kinetic model,and the chemical adsorption is the rate control step.

Hydrothermal Cracking Reaction Mechanism of the Residue under the Effect of Ultrasonic Wave

Using a high-temperature and high-pressure ultrasonic reactor, the hydrothermal cracking reaction of vacuum residue of Huizhou Refinery. The gas product composition, liquid product composition, reaction coke SEM morphology, and element analysis were investigated to discuss the mechanism of hydrothermal cracking reaction under the effect of ultrasonic wave. The results show that there is no significant difference in the yield of gas products in hydrothermal cracking reaction mechanism of the residue under the effect of ultrasonic wave and the production rate of light oil has been increased slightly while that of coke has been slightly reduced. The angularity of the coke particles is relatively smooth and the pore structure appears, indicating that under the effect of ultrasonic wave, the hydrothermal cracking reaction of residual oil is mainly based on the radical thermal reaction mechanism and the cavatition of ultrasonic wave can promote the residuum to have cracking reaction so that the production rate of light oil has been slightly increased. The mechanical effect of ultrasonic wave causes the raw coke precursor suspended in the residue to oscillate violently, so as to prevent its polymerization, thus having reduced coking, the large increase of Ni in the coke indicates that the catalyst provides a coking center for coking.

Experimental Exploration in the Technology of Ultrasonic Viscosity Reduction Technique for Heavy Oil in Liaohe Oilfield

Ultrasonic amplitude-variation bar type reactor has been employed to probe the liaohe heavy oil ultrasonic cracking viscosity reduction. The effects on reaction temperature, processing time and ultrasonic power, to the viscosity reduction ratio, were investigated. In the experiment, ultrasonic processing parameter were optimized, the energy consuming of ultrasonic processing and viscosity reduction cracking was calculated and compared. the viscosity reduction effect (1 kg heavy oil in Liaohe)reached the optimum under the condition of high pressure(experimental pressure 8 MPa), ultrasonic power 1.5 kW, processing temperature 300 and processing time 20 min, where the viscosity reduction ratio of 1 kg heavy oil was 47.69%; the most important factor of viscosity reduction ratio was ultrasonic power; ultrasonic processing time and temperature took second place. Compared to viscosity reduction cracking technology, ultrasonic processing had the advantage of low power consuming, during processing the same samples, which provided effective method to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil with low energy consuming and high efficiency.

Study on Analysis of Plastic Woven Bag by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FT-IR)

With Fourier transform of infrared spectroscopy and smart performance sampling, 50 plastic woven bags of different types and different places were analyzed. According to different absorption peaks of infrared spectra, the polymer material (plastic bag) samples were divided into two categories. According to the peak number, peak position, peak shape and relative peak height ratio, we can distinguish each type of sample. At the same time we test the repeatability of the method and the minimum detectable amount. This method does not destroy samples under inspect and has good repeatability. Therefore, it can be used to characterize polymer materials (plastic woven bag).

The Corrosion Reason of Water Cooler in Oil Refinery Plant

The corrosion factors in cooling equipment of Liaoyuan refinery was studied in this paper, and it is shown that the main reason of serious corrosion is that high slime content in circulating water leads to the deposition of dirt, which makes heat transfer efficiency drop, and seriously affects the normal operation of the heat exchange. In addition, the growth of microorganisms in circulating water brings great harm to the circulating water equipment, a large number of microorganism mucus secretions made the impurity of water and a chemical precipitate adhesive in the heat exchanger surface, and further leads to the formation of mud and debris, and finally blockage of equipment and leakage would occur. The leakage of the equipment will cause the loss of corrosion inhibitor seriously, which increases the deterioration of water quality. The chloride or sulfate ions in the water will accelerate the pitting of the carbon steel.

Finite Element Analysis of Mine Rig Feed Module of ZDY2000L Type Based on ANSYS

The Drilling machine is a modern coal mining technology and equipment of minecoaling.When Drilling machine work properly, the power feed part is under the complicated forces, and the working environment is harsh. In order to ensure product quality and reliability, using finite element analysis software ANSYS dedicated feed module the stress and vibration modes of calculation. By calculating the results obtained ZDY2000L rig feed module in a state of extreme working stress distribution and rail stiffness and deformation values and found that the design of the product in the case of reducing the amount of steel, while ensuring the strength of the structure of local requirements and overall stiffness deformation requirements. Structure necessary vibration modal analysis of the natural frequencies has been submitted so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the mechanical properties of the system.

Empirical Study on Incentive Efficiency of the Top Managers’ Salary in Listed Company

By selecting index system which reflects the listed companies’ performance and managers’ endeavor degree, a linear regression model was constructed. The correlativity between the listed companies’ performance and managers’ rewards was analyzed through software SPSS15.0. The results show that there is no significant relativity between managers’ reward and the listed companies’ performance, and between the companies’ size and managers’ share proportion. While the managers’ annual reward or share proportion tends to be low, the incentive mechanism will suffer a lot from it.
