Synthesis of Itaconic Acid Waterborne Self⁃Emulsifying Polyester and Its Click Curing

A new type of waterborne self⁃emulsifying polyester⁃poly was synthesized from itaconic acid (IA), 1,4⁃butanediol (BDO), sodium itaconate (IsNa) and undecylenic acid (UA). (Itaconic acid butylene glycol⁃co⁃undecenoic acid butylene glycol) ester (PBIINa⁃UA), which could be cured into a film by a UV⁃induced thiol⁃ene click reaction. The structure, interfacial tension and tensile strength of the cured film were analyzed by infrared spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance instrument, interfacial tension meter and electronic universal tensile machine. The results show that the synthesized aqueous polyester has a certain self⁃emulsification performance, and the paint film obtained by the thiol⁃ene reaction curing has lower oxygen inhibition than the conventional heat curing paint film. When the ratio of sulfonic acid group to double bond in PBIINa⁃UA is 1∶10, and the mass fraction of initiator is 1.5%, the obtained lacquer film get the best performance.

Risk Cloud Model Evaluation of Rotating Machinery Rotor System

In order to ensure the long⁃term safe, stable and efficient operation of the rotating machinery, a risk cloud model evaluation method for the rotating machinery rotor system is proposed for the actual risk status of the rotor system. The evaluation method firstly uses FMECA to summarize the failure mode of the rotating machinery rotor system, finds the defects and weak links of its reliability, and identifies the main failure modes that cause the rotor system to fail. Then, based on the stress⁃strength interference model, the three digital characteristics of the rotor system cloud model in the single failure mode are constructed, which combines with the fuzzy and randomness of the cloud model to obtain the risk cloud model evaluation of the rotor system. Qualitative and quantitative results.It is applied to the turbine rotor system, and the rotor system is comprehensively evaluated by MATLAB simulation and visually presented in the form of cloud droplets.

Cross-Talk Free Image Encryption and Watermarking by  Digital Holography and Random Composition

In previous image watermarking methods, an encoded host image and a watermark image are usually directly added.Therefore, the two images have cross-talk in the decryption step.In order to eliminate this effect,a new method based on digital holography interferometry is proposed,in which all the image pixels of the two sets of holograms resulted from two hidden images are rearranged and integrated into one set of composite holograms with a random scattering matrix (RSM).In decryption the use of this matrix can ensure the exact retrieval of each hologram,and then the perfect reconstruction of each image without cross-talk noise can be achieved.In the decryption process, the use of RSM can ensure the accurate recovery of each holographic image, so as to achieve a perfect reconstruction of no crosstalk noise in each image. The computer simulation is performed using phase-shift interference and double random phase encoding techniques to verify the feasibility of the method , its robustness to occlusion and additional noise.this method is suitable for 2D and 3D images, and the additional RSM can also provide a higher level of security as a key.

Experimented Study on the Influence Factors of Spontaneous Imbibition in Ultra Low Permeability Fractured Reservoir

        Water flooding development has become the only way for the ultra low permeability fractured reservoir development. However, due to the problems of reservoir micro fracture development, serious heterogeneity and critical water, resulting the water flooding recovery was low.Spontaneous imbibition oil production is an important way of oil production in this kind of reservoir, on the basis of the use of indoor experiment, the salinity of injected water, core permeability, oil saturation, surfactant, oil viscosity and temperature in a low permeability fractured reservoir were studied systematically. Experimental results show that when the environment formation water salinity is less than the mainland core layer water salinity, or joining a surface active agent could significantly improve spontaneous imbibition effect. as the permeability and oil saturation increased and the crude oil viscosity decreased; capillary imbibition became stronger and the ultimate imbibition recovery is greater; the increase of temperature can increase the initial imbibition rate, but the ultimate imbibition recovery is basically the same, the temperature is not the direct acting factors about imbibition effects in ultra low permeability fractured reservoir.

OFP Viscoelastic Fluid Effects on Water Film Transport

Water film lubricated transport of super heavy oil is one of the energysaving technologies in the energy sector. In water film transport of super heavy oil,OFP produces a normalstress to make the water film stay steadily and no eccentrically phenomenon in the pipeline and plays a supporting role. To understand the change of the normalstress of OFP indepth in water film transport of super heavy oil, the effects of OFP to the stability of water film was analyzed through our experiments.The OFP is a viscoelastic liquid as the shear rate decreases and the solubility of OFP reduces gradually, and the normalstress difference also reduces gradually. 

THPS Dissolve Iron Sulfide in Oil Tank

The pyrophoric iron sulfides in oil tank was eliminated under THPS(tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulfate) and ammonium chloride. It was investigated the effect of mass ratio of THPS and ammonium chloride,the concentration and acidity of dissolution agent, temperature, and reaction time on the efficiency of dissolution. The results show that the efficiency of dissolution to iron sulfide is best when mass ratio of THPS and ammonium chloride is 6.5∶0.6,temperature is 80 ℃, pH is 5, reaction time is 8 h, the dissolution of iron sulfide is best. When the concentration of dissolution agent is 14.0%, the efficiency of dissolution to iron sulfide is reach 92.50%.
