The Design of Parametric Library of Bolt Connecting Piece Based on AutoCAD Graph Block

The problem of establish the parametric library of bolt connecting piece in ACAD was analyzed, and a method of the design of parametric library of bolt connecting piece based on ACAD graph block was put forward. This method decomposed bolt connecting piece assembly drawing into basic graphic block, fit the basic graph block into the bolt connecting piece assembly drawing with the assembly relation. Comparing with the usual method, this method had the advantages of simple manufacture, avoiding writing the complicated parametric drawing program, drawing speed etc.

Application of Digraph Weight Elimination and the Treatment of Connection Based on AutoCAD

This paper analyzes the problem of lines duplication, overlap and discontinuity in the application of AutoCAD. And it also proposes a method of automatic elimination of duplication, overlap and discontinuity by using the VisualLISP language embedded in AutoCAD system. After the processing, the engineering drawings can avoid linear problems which do not conformity to the requirements of the national standard, and can also avoid the complex work of manually modifying on the complicated lines. The processing of repetition elimination in sheet cutting diagram is possible to extend the life of the laser cutting head and the cutting accuracy of the spare part. After the computer graphics repeating the eliminate processing, it can effectively improve the recognition rate of computer graphics automatic scoring system.

A New Method to Establish the Electric Principle Graphics Libraries Based on AutoCAD

The secondary development functional the electric principle graphics libraries is established in AutoCAD. A new method named "invisible boundary" is proposed to draw the electrical graphic symbols. The method has efficiently solved "interruption issue" problem occurred in the middle of reinserting electrical circuit drawing symbols. By utilizing this new type of database, the procedure of discontinuing conducting wire can be avoided, which is beneficial to symbols reediting and also improves drafting efficiency.

AutoGenerated Basic Viewgraph of FullScale MockUp in AutoCAD

The current issue that autogenerated basic viewgraph of fullscale mockup were faced in AutoCAD was analyzed, which proposed to calculate the size of entity based on the features of fullscale mockup. This new methodology provided the solution of that old model that was not capable of define the size of entity issue which caused autopositioning problem between basis viewgraphs. It also offered a brand new technique to automatically generate basic viewgraph of fullscale mockup, which was benefited from VisualLISP coding application.

The Adaptive Method of Image Control Menu Based on ACAD

The problems of screen resolution affecting the image size about the image control menu for the secondary development of AutoCAD were analyzed. The factors related to the size of the image control menu were found, and a method of adaptive screen resolution by image control menu was put forward. By writing the VisualLISP program, the image control menu size could automatically be adjusted according to the screen resolution, and the problems of the image control menu for the secondary development of AutoCAD were solved.
