Catalytic Synthesis of Alkenyl Succinic Anhydride

烯基琥珀酸酐的催化合成

Abstract: Nonterminal olefin of C13~C14 and maleic anhydride were used as raw materials to prepare alkenyl succinic anhydride (ASA) in a probe reaction. SO42-/TiO2 solid acid catalyst was used to synthesize ASA. The catalytic activity and stability of the catalyst were studied. The yield was quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography. The results show that SO42-/TiO2 catalyst has high activity and good stability in the synthesis of ASA. The optimum conditions are as follows: the calcination temperature of catalyst is 550 ℃, reaction temperature is 190 ℃, reaction time is 5 h, the amount of catalyst is 1% compared with reactant total mass, the molar ratio of nonterminal olefin and anhydride is 3∶1, and the amount of antioxidant 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol is 0.5% compared with reactant total mass. The yield of ASA reaches 46.8% in the optimum conditions.

摘要: 以C13~C14的内烯烃和顺丁烯二酸酐制备烯基琥珀酸酐为探针反应,利用SO4 2- /TiO2 固体酸催化剂
催化合成了烯基琥珀酸酐,考察了催化剂的催化活性和稳定性,利用气相色谱对产品的收率进行定量分析。结果表
明,SO42- /TiO2 催化剂在烯基琥珀酸酐的合成中具有较高的催化活性和良好的稳定性。最佳条件是催化剂焙烧温
度为550℃,反应温度为190℃,反应时间为5h,催化剂质量为反应物总质量的1%,n(内烯)∶n(酸酐)=3∶1,抗
氧剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚质量为反应物总质量的0.5%,此时,烯基琥珀酸酐的收率可达46.8%。
