Determination of Quercetinat Poly(Crystal Violet) Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

聚结晶紫修饰电极对槲皮素的灵敏检测

Abstract: The poly (crystal violet) modified electrode (PCV/GCE) was prepared by cyclic voltammetry polymerization under alkaline conditions and the electrode was characterized. The electrochemical behavior of quercetin (Quercetin) on the modified electrode was investigated. The results show that poly (crystal violet) modified electrode has better electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation reduction of quercetin, the redox potential difference in PCV/GCE decreases, and the peak current increases obviously. The crystal violet on the electrode surface acts as a transfer mediator to accelerate the electron transport during the electron transfer of quercetin. In the PBS buffer solution with pH=6.5 and concentration of 0.10 mol/L,the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) response of the poly crystal violet modified electrode is linear with quercetin 0.10~60.0 μmol/L, and the detection limit was 0.05 μmol/L(S/N=3).The crystal violet modified electrode has good performance in terms of stability, selectivity and reproducibility. The electrode is used to detect the content of quercetin in the liver tablets. The recovery rate is 98.97%~102.01%.

摘要:         在碱性条件下应用循环伏安法电聚合制备聚结晶紫修饰电极(PCV/GCE),并对电极进行表征,探究槲皮素(Quercetin)在此修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,聚结晶紫修饰电极对槲皮素的氧化还原具有较好的电催化活性,在PCV/GCE 上的氧化还原峰电位差减小、峰电流明显增加。电极表面的结晶紫在槲皮素电子传递的过程中充当传递媒介加速电子传递。在pH=6.5、浓度为0.10 mol/L的PBS 缓冲溶液中,聚结晶紫修饰电极的差分脉冲伏安(DPV)响应与槲皮素0.10~60.00 μmol/L呈线性关系,检测限为0.05 μmol/L(S/N=3)。在稳定性、选择性和重现性方面该结晶紫修饰电极均有良好的表现,该电极用于检测利肝片中槲皮素的含量,回收率为98.97%~102.01%。
