Abstract: Large modern mechanical equipment has become an important factor in determining the productivity and security of a mine. Roadheaders have become the most common tools during digging a long tunnel. However, frequent fault that is imperceptible limit to maximize its performance. FTA based on triangular fuzzy number was applied to analyze the fault of the roadheader of Hongyang mine 3 of Shenyang Coal Trade Group, the probability distribution of the fault of a roadheader and coefficient of fuzzy probability important degree of basic events was got, then the more special precaution and repair could be applied. The above provided important reference for equipment supervisors of coal mine

摘要: 大型现代机械化设备已成为决定矿井生产能力与安全保障的重要因素。在开凿较长巷道的过程中,巷道掘进机是最常用的掘进工具。但是, 掘进机存在故障发生频繁且不易排查的缺陷, 这些缺陷严重制约其性能的发挥。应用基于三角模糊数的F TA分析法, 对沈煤集团红阳三矿巷道掘进机的故障原因进行分析, 得到了掘进机发生故障的概率分布, 确定了基本事件的模糊重要度。研究结果有利于更有针对性地进行预防及治理, 可为矿井设备管理人员提供重要的参考依据。
