新型虫形密封圈密封性能研究及优化

Abstract: The wormlike sealing ring is located in the sealed groove of Dn1160 type pressure sintering furnace, which is prone to tear and damage.This article uses the finite element analysis method to nonlinear contact analysis of wormlike ring. The Von Mises stress and contact stress of worm⁃shaped rings are numerically simulated by Ansys software, and the results are compared.The cracking failure characteristics and easy tearing positions of worm⁃shaped rings under different parameters and working conditions are obtained. At the same time, the research results of predecessors are consulted to further optimize ring sealing ability.Finally, the research results provide a new idea for the design and optimization of the same kind of seal ring.

摘要: 虫形密封圈位于Dn1160型压力烧结炉密封槽内,易发生撕裂破坏。采用有限元分析方法对虫形圈进行非线性接触分析,应用Ansys软件对虫形圈Von Mises应力、接触应力等进行数值模拟,并对结果进行对比,得出不同参数及工况下虫形圈的开裂破坏特点及易撕裂位置,同时参考前人的研究成果,进一步优化了虫形圈的密封能力。研究结果为同类型密封圈的设计和优化提供了一种新思路。
