液体管道投产充水段长度及油水混合体积计算方法研究

Abstract: In order to ensure pipeline commissioning safety and avoid security risks because of the direct contact between the air and oil, a progress of water isolation was necessary. And how to determine the amount of optimal isolation medium is becoming a new subject. The factors affecting the isolation medium quantity from the point of commissioning process was analyzed and a model to calculate the amount of isolation medium and the mixed oil quantity in a long slope pipeline was built while commissioning, based on existing empirical models, combined with field data. The relative error was in the acceptable range.

摘要: 为了保证投产安全, 大落差液体管道空管投油通常选用水作为隔离介质。针对充水段长度的确定及油水混合体积计算的问题, 从投产过程出发分析了影响充水段长度和油水混合体积的因素, 在此基础之上给出了计算模型, 并通过已投产管道的现场数据对所提出的模型进行了验证。计算结果与现场实测值对比结果表明, 模型与
实际情况很好地相吻合。
