Surface Modification of Calcium Carbonate Whiskers

碳酸钙晶须的表面改性研究

Abstract: The silane coupling agent KH570 was used for modifying the surface of calcium carbonate whisker. The optimal conditions of experiment were determined by activation degree and sedimentation volume. The results indicate that the optimum modification conditions are as follows: initial slurry concentration 10%, reaction temperature 80 ℃, coupling agent 2.5% and modification time 1.5 h. 

摘要: 采用KH飊570对碳酸钙晶须进行表面改性,通过测定活化度与沉降体积,确定了实验的最优化条件。
实验结果表明,当初始料浆质量分数为10%、反应温度为80 曟、偶联剂的质量分数为2.5%、改性时间为1.5h时,
碳酸钙晶须的表面改性效果最好。
