大乙烯项目技术外溢效应实证模型研究

摘要： 　随着大乙烯项目陆续奠基, 研究大乙烯项目对区域经济的拉动, 促进传统产业的升级具有了现实意义。通过检索发现目前学术界仅仅在理论上对此问题进行了论述, 缺乏实证研究。借鉴FDI(外商直接投资)技术外溢效应实证研究思想, 把乙烯项目所在区域经济划分为乙烯项目投资和非乙烯两部分, 分析了乙烯项目投资对区域内其他企业的技术外溢情况, 构造了评价大乙烯项目技术外溢效果的3 个实证研究模型, 运用统计软件, 初步推断出大乙烯项目技术外溢效果系数为0 .15～ 0 .37 。

Abstract:

Along with the establishment of the ethylene projects, it is practically meaningful to give an impetus to the regional economy and to speed the upgrade of the traditional industry by studying the ethylene projects .Through searching , there are only theoretical articles to this issue in current , especially lack of demonstrative research .Using the empirical studying theory of FDI (foreign direct investment)technology spillover effect, the regional economy related to ethylene projects was divided into two parts - ethylene projects investment and non -ethylene , the technology spillover situation and other enterprises within the area was analyzed , and three empirical models to evaluate the technology spillover effect of ethylene item were constructed .The coefficient of the technology spillover effect of ethylene item is 0.15 to 0 .37 in general by the analysis of statistic software .
