摘要:         三催气压机入口过滤器短接在很短的时间内会产生裂纹。对裂纹部位进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析、显像组织分析、扫描电镜分析、力学性能分析。分析结果得知,裂纹产生的主要原因如下:工件在含有H2S的腐蚀介质中,法兰与接管在加工制造过程中产生焊接残余应力,在腐蚀介质与残余应力的共同作用下导致应力腐蚀,从而产生沿晶脆性开裂。针对断裂原因提出了改进方案。

Abstract:       Pressure machine inlet filter short piping could produce cracks in a short time. Crack parts of the macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, tissue imaging, scanning electron microscopy analysis, and mechanical analysis were studied. The results showed that in the corrosive medium containing H2S, the flange and the nozzle were subjected to welding residual stress during the manufacturing process, and the welding residual stress caused stress corrosion, resulting in cracking along the embrittlement.
