摘要/Abstract

摘要： 叙述了目前我国编辑部期刊管理的现状, 分析了建立编辑部期刊管理系统的必要性。在此基础上,利用Visual Fo xPro 6.0 开发了期刊管理系统, 该系统包括6 个模块, 能够实现论文的登记、查询、维护、统计、备份、打印等功能, 从而实现对期刊编辑部的工作实行全方位的微机化管理, 提高了编辑部的管理效率和水平。

Abstract:

Present situation of journal management in the editorial department in China w as recounted .The necessity establishing journal management system in editorial department was analyzed.Furthermore , the journal management system based on Visual FoxPro6.0 was developed .It consists of six modules, which can realize functions such as thesis' register , inquiry , maintenance ,statistic , backup , print and so on, and help implement comprehensive computerization management for journal editorial.The system improves the management efficiency and level of the editorial department.
