溴化铜催化合成乙酸叔丁酯

摘要:      以溴化铜为催化剂, 通过酰化法制备了乙酸叔丁酯, 并用红外光谱进行了表征。以叔丁醇和乙酸酐为反应原料, 探讨了溴化铜对合成乙酸叔丁酯的催化性能, 详细考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂的摩尔分数及反应酐醇摩尔比等影响酰化反应的各种因素, 得出了乙酸酐和叔丁醇反应的较优条件。实验结果表明, 溴化铜对实现乙酸酐与叔丁醇的酰化反应具有良好的催化性能, 有一定的可行性和工业实用价值。溴化铜催化合成乙酸叔丁酯的优化条件为:回流温度下, 酐醇摩尔比为1 .4∶1, 溴化铜在醇中的摩尔分数为0 .5%, 反应2 h , 乙酸叔丁酯收率达83 .46 %。

Abstract:

        By using copper(Ⅱ) bromide as catalyst , tert -butyl acetate was synthesized via acylation and the product was determined by infrared spectrometry .By using tert -butyl alcohol and acetic anhydride as raw material , the catalytic behavior of copper(Ⅱ)bromide w as discussed in synthesizing tert -butyl acetate .Various factors such as reaction temperature , reaction time , mole fraction of catalyst and molar ratio of anhydride to alcohol , et al, which influence the acy lation reaction , were investig ated in detail.The optimum reaction conditions were given.The results indicate that copper(Ⅱ)bromide exhibit excellent catalytic activity for the acylation reaction of tert -butyl alcohol and acetic anhydride .I t is fairly feasible and has practical value in industry .The optimum reaction conditions are as following :reflux temperature , the molar ratio of anhydride to alcohol is 1.4∶1, reaction time is 2 hours, the mole fraction of copper(Ⅱ)bromide in alcohol is 0 .5 %, the yield of tert -butyl acetate is 83 .46 %.
