Synthesis of Cyclohexyl Acetate Catalyzed by Y-β Composite Zeolite Supported Phosphotungstic Acid

摘要:      以乙酸酐与环己醇为原料,Y-β复合分子筛负载磷钨酸(HPW1240/Y-β)为催化剂,使其发生酰化反应合成乙酸环己酯,考察了催化剂质量、反应时间、醇酐物质的量比对乙酸环己酯产率的影响。实验结果表明:Y-β复合分子筛负载磷钨酸催化活性良好,当乙酸酐的加入量为0.1mol、醇酐物质的量比为1.1∶1、催化剂质量为0.60g,反应45min时,乙酸环己酯产率可达到93.4%,且催化剂重复使用5次仍保持活性良好。对产品进行了折光率和红外光谱的表征。

Abstract: This manuscript reported the acylation of cyclohexanol with acetic anhydride catalyzed by Y-β composite zeolite supported phosphotungstic acid(H3PW12O40/Y-β). The effect of different factors such as the amount of catalyst,the ratio of cyclohexanol to acetic anhydride and reaction time on the yield of cyclohexyl acetate were systematically studied. The results show that Y-β composite zeolite supported phosphotungstic acid has a good catalytic activity. The best of reaction condition is found out as follows: the amount of acetic anhydride is 0.1 mol, the ratio of cyclohexanol to acetic anhydride is 1.1, and the catalyst is 0.60 g. The yield of cyclohexyl acetate reached 93.4% within 45 min. The catalyst can be repeatedly used for 5 times without obvious loss of its activity. The product was characterized by refractive index and IR.
