湿磨水洗法分离玉门油砂的实验研究

摘要: 以玉门油砂为实验原料,向其中加入轻质油进行湿法研磨,向生成的油砂浆料中加入配制的水洗剂,对油砂浆进行水洗分离,得到油砂油。对油砂分离后的尾砂组成进行了XRD表征,同时对轻质油与油砂质量比、水洗剂与油砂质量比、水洗剂质量分数、反应温度等因素对油砂分离的效果进行了考察。结果表明,在石脑油与油砂质量比0.15、水洗剂与油砂质量比1.5、水洗剂质量分数8%、反应温度80℃的条件下,油砂油收率可达到96.5%。

Abstract:

Yumen oil sands were chosen as the experimental material to separated oil from oil sands through wet-grinding by light oil and washing treatment by washing agent. The tailing sands were characterized by XRD. The factors includingamount of light oil, amount of washing agent, concentration of washing agent, reaction temperature were also studied. The results showed under the reaction conditions of mass ratio of naphtha to oil sands 0.15, mass ratio of washing agent to oil sands 1.5, concentration of washing agent 8%,reaction temperature 80 , the oil recovery could be up to 96.5%.
