摘要: 采用HPL-1型催化剂,在小型加氢装置中对4种劣质柴油进行加氢脱硫反应,考察了反应温度、反应压力、体积空速和氢油体积比对脱硫率的影响,并进行了反应动力学的研究。结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为:反应温度360℃、反应压力7.0 MPa、体积空速1.0h-1、氢油体积比800∶1;该条件下劣质柴油加氢脱硫率最高,可达96.57%。通过修正压力、氢油体积比、体积空速等参数,建立了劣质柴油0.5级动力学模型,通过检验发现,4种劣质柴油硫质量分数的实验值和模拟值的吻合性较好。
