复合混凝剂处理印染废水的实验研究

The Composite Coagulant Treatment of Printing and Dyeing Wastewater

摘要: 采用聚合氯化铝( P AC) 及其与P AN - D C D复配混凝剂将某染袜厂染料废水中的溶质胶体或悬浮物颗
粒混凝沉淀, 并考察了水样的p H、 混凝剂的质量浓度、 混凝沉降时间对混凝剂性能的影响, 以水样的色度去除率和
COD去除率的变化来评价混凝剂的性能。实验结果表明: 复配混凝剂的处理效果明显优于单一混凝剂; 复配混凝剂
处理该染料废水的最佳操作条件为: 混凝剂最佳质量浓度为1 0m g / L、 混凝沉降时间为2 5m i n、 p H 为7。在最佳操
作条件下, 色度去除率为9 7. 7%, COD去除率为6 7. 2%。

Abstract: Polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and PANDCD compound with coagulant was used to coagulate solute colloid or suspended particles in dye wastewater from a coloured socks factory. The influence of pH, coagulant dosing quantity, coagulation settling time on the coagulant performance are investigated and the coagulant performance was evaluated by the removal rate of COD and chroma. The results indicate that: compound coagulant in the treatment effect is better than single coagulant|the best operating conditions for compound coagulant to treat the dye wastewater was: compound coagulant dosage 10 mg/L, coagulation settling time 25 minutes, pH=7. In this case, the removal rate of chroma was 97.7%, removal rate of COD was 67.2%.
