加氢裂化过程软测量建模研究综述

Review of Soft Sensor Techniques for Hydrocracking Process

摘要: 加氢裂化是目前石油炼制工业中最为重要的原油再加工过程,也是重油轻质化、商品油生产的核心工艺之一。介绍了重油加氢裂化的监测过程,对加氢裂化过程软测量的背景和产生原因进行了分析。针对重油加氢裂化过程高精度控制和节能优化中存在的三个关键问题进行综述,主要包括:系统多变量、非线性导致的多特征尺度问题;加氢裂化过程具有多个稳定工作点、非概率输出难以指导生产的问题;工艺过程易受缺失样本和离群样本因素的干扰。

关键词: 加氢裂化过程, 多模态过程监测, 概率性软测量

Abstract: Hydrocracking is the most important reprocessing of crude oil in petroleum refining industry. It is also one of the core processes for light heavy oil and production of commercial oil. The monitoring process of heavy oil hydrocracking is introduced,and the background and cause of soft sensing of hydrocracking process are analyzed. The paper focuses on three key problems in the high precision control and energy saving optimization of heavy oil hydrocracking process are reviewed,including: Multi characteristic scale is in the multivariate and nonlinear of the target process; hydrocracking process has a non probability of multiple stable working point, the output is difficult to guide the problem of production; the process is vulnerable to missing sample and outlier sample factors.
