Change Law of Four Fractions in Residue Hydrotreating Catalyst Grading System

摘要: 以胜利、中东、绥中3种常压渣油为原料,采用串联式渣油加氢工艺,分别对原料在脱金属、脱硫及脱氮反应器生成油中的残炭、四组分变化进行分析。结果表明,3种常压渣油经级配催化剂体系加氢处理后,残炭、胶质及沥青质质量分数均明显降低。同原料油相比,残炭及沥青质质量分数在脱金属反应过程中明显降低,饱和分质量分数在脱金属、脱硫及脱氮反应器生成油中呈规律性增加,而芳香分质量分数呈规律性降低。

Abstract: Taking 3 kinds of atmospheric residue from Shengli, Zhongdong and Suizhong as raw materials and using series residue hydrotreating technology, the residual carbon and four components in raw material were analyzed in the process of removing metal, desulfurization and denitrification reactor. The results showed that the residual carbon, resin and asphaltene mass proportion of 3 kinds of atmospheric residue were decreased obviously after hydrogenation treatment with graded catalyst system. Compared with the raw oil, carbon residue and asphaltene decreased in metal removal process, saturated mass fractions in metal removal, desulfurization and denitrification reactor to generate oil increase regularly, aromatics mass fraction regularly decreased.
