高压烧结炉快开机构的强度设计与分布

Intensity Design and Distribution of the QuickOpening  Mechanism on the HighPressure Sintering Furnace

摘要: 应用HyperMesh软件对压力烧结炉卡箍式快开机构进行网格划分,使用ANSYS接触单元对该快开
机构做非线性接触分析,得到了在设计压力下结构的第三强度当量应力分布和变形,并分别对炉盖、炉体和卡箍进
行了分析。按照JB4732—1995《钢制压力容器———分析设计标准》对危险截面进行应力强度评定。分析结果表明,
强度满足要求。

关键词: 快开机构 , 接触分析 , 强度评定

Abstract: The grid of the quickopening clamp structure on the pressure sintering furnace was meshed by utilizing HyperMesh software, and the nonlinear contact analysis for the quickopening structure was achieved by ANSYS contact element, then the third strength equivalent stress and deformation of the quickopening structure under the designed pressure were obtained. The analyses of the furnace lid, body and clamp were accomplished. The stress intensity on the dangerous crosssection was evaluated according to JB4732—1995 [WTBX]Steel pressure vessels——analyze design standard[WTBZ]. The analysis results indicate that the intensity requirement is satisfied. 
