摘要: 采用Pro/E对3_TPS_RRR并联机床进行虚拟样机实体建模,并分析该机床机构。利用Pro/E软件
对该并联机床进行了特征建模,设计出伸缩杆、驱动杆、动平台、静平台、虎克铰及双十字轴的结构。结合Pro/E的
机构约束条件对3_TPS_RRR型并联机床进行模拟装配,从而得到虚拟样机实体模型。通过Pro/E设计出的虚拟样
机缩短了机床设计和制造周期,提高了生产效率。

Abstract: 3_TPS_RRR virtual parallel machine prototype solid modeling was made and machine body were analyzed using Pro/E. The entity modeling on the three characteristics of a parallel machine tool modeling was established using Pro/E. The structure including hooker hinge, moving platform, static platform, scalable flu, the drive-structure and double-cross were designed. At last, used Pro/E body constraints to simulate 3_TPS_RRRs assembly and then get the virtual prototype solid model. Virtual prototype designed by Pro/E can cut design and manufacturing cycles, increasing productivity. 
