介孔酸催化合成ETBE的研究

Synthesis of ETBE Over Mesoporous Super Acidic Catalyst

摘要: 采用直接合成方法制备了SO24-/ZrO2-SBA-15催化剂,XRD、BET和 NH3-TPD表征结果表明
催化剂具有SBA-15介孔分子筛结构及强酸酸性。在固定床反应器上,以乙醇和叔丁醇为原料,SO24-/ZrO2-SBA
-15为催化剂,合成乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)。实验结果表明,SO24-/ZrO2-SBA-15催化剂的催化活性优于 HZSM
-5沸石、HUSY沸石和氢型丝光沸石等微孔分子筛。

Abstract: SO2-4/ZrO2-SBA-15 catalyst was directly synthesized and characterized with XRD, BET and NH3-TPD. The results showed that this catalyst presents the typical mesoporous structure of SBA-15 and super acidity. This catalyst was used in the synthesis of ethyl tertiary butyl ether (ETBE) with ethanol and tert-butyl alcohol as raw materials on the fixed bed reactor. Its catalytic activity turns out superior to some other kinds of microporous zeolites, such as ZSM-5, USY and mordenite.
