任意角度喷射火视角因子的计算

Abstract: Tilted frustum of a cone model was proved effective for heat radiation calculation of the jet fire, but due to the complex geometrical shape, the calculation of view factor was very difficult, thus the model had never be widely used. The basic theory of view factor was used to study the view factor computation technology for jet fire of any direction, and the calculation process was divided into two steps, homotactic coordinate conversion and view factor calculation for vertical jet fire. Mathematical formulas for all key parameters of the calculation process were developed by studying the geometrical relationship, and a computation method based on numerical technology was proposed. By sample calculating, the new method is found high-precision and applicable to the view factor computation for jet fire of any direction. 

摘要: 倾斜截头锥体模型是计算喷射火热辐射灾害的一种精度较高的方法, 但由于几何形状相对复杂, 其视角因子的计算十分困难, 不利于广泛应用。以视角因子计算理论为基础, 将倾斜截头锥体模型中任意方向喷射火视角因子的计算划分为等效坐标变换及竖直喷射火视角因子计算两个部分, 根据几何关系, 推导得出了计算过程中各关键变量的数学计算公式, 得到了一种基于数值计算方法, 适用于喷射火倾斜截头锥体模型视角因子的计算方法, 通过实例验算发现, 本方法计算精度较高, 结果可信。
