聚合物驱油中复配絮凝剂体系的优选及性能研究

Abstract:

Aiming at the property of oil-bearing sewage after polymer flooding in LH oilfield, on the basis of the microscopic of suspended matter in oil-bearing sewage, flask experiment was used to evaluate the sewage processing effect of several organic and inorganic flocculation agent used in domestic oilfield. Three kinds of flocculating agent were elected and mixed with VB-1, and the oil removal rate and removal of turbidity were studied. The flocculation effect of different concentration of flocculating agent VB-1 in the mixture was researched and the flocculation effect of different experiment temperature was also investigated. The results showed that the best combination flocculating system was 150 mg/L VB-1+3 000 mg/L JDF. The oil removal rate and removal of turbidity were 95.78% and 88.54% under the condition of 40 ℃. The higher the temperature, the better the flocculation effect of the combination flocculating system. The optimized combination flocculating system FPTY has strong application feasibility in the processing of oil-bearing sewage after polymer flooding in LH oilfield.

摘要: 针对聚合物驱油田采出污水处理难度大,处理成本高的特点,以LH 油田聚合物区块采出污水为研究对象,在对含油采出污水中悬浮物微观形貌分析的基础上,利用烧瓶实验评价了国内油田常用的几种有机和无机絮凝剂的除油率和去浊率,优选出了3种适应性较好的絮凝剂,并与实验室自制的絮凝剂VB-1复配使用,研究了不同絮凝剂VB-1加量下复配体系的除油率和去浊率,并探究了温度对复配体系絮凝效果的影响规律。结果表明,优选出的最优的絮凝剂复配体系FPTY为:150mg/LVB1+3000mg/LJDF。温度为40℃条件时,优选出的絮凝剂复配体系FPTY的除油率和去浊率分别为95.78%和88.54%,且复配絮凝体系FPTY 的絮凝效果与温度成正比。优选出的复配絮凝剂体系FPTY在LH 油田聚合物区块的含油采出水的处理中具有很好的适应性。
