Inhibition Efficiency of Compound Corrosion Inhibitor for Carbon Steels

复合型缓蚀剂对碳钢缓蚀性能的研究

Abstract: By confecting simulation corrosion solution of pressuring air cooler system of Maoming Petrification and using CMB-1510B portable instantaneous corrosion rate meter, the experimental inhibition efficiency of organic corrosion inhibitor of Na2Sx and its compound was evaluated.The results show that Na2Sx and its compound are excellent corrosion inhibitor for the corrosion system of reactor effluent air coolers. After compounding with BTA, Na2Sx have attained excellent inhibition effect at little dosage. Moreover, BTA could form protective film on metal surface which prevented depolarizing substances to transfer toward metal surface, and reduced corrosion rate of metal.

摘要: 在实验室模拟茂名石化加压空冷器系统的腐蚀溶液, 运用CMB -1510B 便携式瞬时腐蚀速度测量仪
评价了多硫化钠复合缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能。结果表明, 多硫化钠复合缓蚀剂是一种应用于反应流出物空冷器腐蚀系
统的优良缓蚀剂。多硫化钠与苯并三唑(BTA)复合时, 缓蚀剂的添加量较小时, 已表现出较好的缓蚀效果;BTA 能
在金属表面吸附成膜, 阻止了去极化物质向金属表面迁移, 减缓了金属的腐蚀速度。
