管道表面特性对流动摩阻系数的影响研究进展

Abstract: Non⁃metallic pipes are widely used in the gathering process and oil pipeline due to their excellent performance,but the calculation of the friction coefficient is still in the exploration stage. In this paper,the effects of the surface roughness and wettability of the inner wall surface of the oil pipeline on the frictional resistance of the fluid in the process are summarized,and the surface slip effect caused by the change of surface wettability is introduced. The wettability of the inner wall surface of the liquid and the pipe and the influence mechanism of the boundary slip effect on the friction coefficient along the path are discussed. The results show that the friction coefficient is affected by the roughness of the inner surface, the wettability of the fluid and the inner surface, the surface slip effect caused by the wettability and the surface tension of the liquid.

摘要:  非金属管道因性能优异可广泛应用于集输工艺及输油管路中,但对其沿程摩阻系数的工艺计算还尚在探索阶段。从输油管道内壁面的表面粗糙度和表面润湿性对流体在其中的沿程摩阻的影响进行了总结,并对表面润湿性发生改变所带来的表面滑移效应进行了介绍,简单论述了液体与管道内壁面的润湿性及因其所产生的表面滑移效应对沿程摩阻系数的影响机理。研究表明,管道沿程摩阻系数受内表面粗糙度,流体与管道内表面的润湿性,由润湿性引起的表面滑移效应及液体的表面张力等因素共同影响。
