新型羟基磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂的合成及性能评价

Abstract:     The new hydroxylsulfobetaines N, N-dimethyl-N-(p-dodecylbenzene methylen) propane ammonium (2-hydroxyl) propyl-sulfobetaine is synthesized with dodecyl benzyl chloride, dimethyl amine and sodium 2-hydroxy-3-chloropropanesulfate as the main materials and the target product is characterized by IR. The interfacial tension, adsorbability and emulsification property are evaluated, and then compared with the other two surfactants. Meanwhile, its mechanism and applicability are also analyzed. The result shows that the property can be improved effectively, due to the addition benzene ring and hydrophobic structure in hydroxyl-sulfobetaines (NHSB). When the concentration is 0.43%, the interfacial tension can reach to 10-3 mN/m. In certain range of concentrations, the adsorption capacity of NHSB is always less than 2.1 mg/g. According to the water absorption of the surfactant is below 40% after 60 minutes and then remains stable, which has a relatively good performance of surfactant. At last, an indoor flooding experiment is carried out showing that the NHSB can improve the recovery by 5.64%.

摘要:       以十二烷基氯化苄、二甲醇胺及2-羟基-3-氯丙磺酸钠为主要原料合成新型羟基磺基甜菜碱两性表面活性剂N,N-二羟甲基-N-(对十二烷基苯亚甲基)丙铵基(2-羟基)丙磺基甜菜碱,并利用红外光谱对目标产物进行结构表征。对新型羟基磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂进行界面张力、吸附性能和乳化性能的评价,并对比其他两种类型表面活性剂,同时对目标产物的机理和适用性进行分析。结果表明,新型羟基磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂(NHSB)由于添加苯环与疏水性长链的结构能有效改善表面活性剂性能。在NHSB质量分数为0.43%时,可降低至超低界面张力10-3 mN/m。在一定的质量分数范围,其吸附量均小于2.1mg/g,并且在乳化60min后吸水率基本保持稳定,且吸水率在40%以下,具有相对较好的表面活性剂性能。最后通过室内低渗透岩心驱油实验表明,该表面活性剂能提高采收率5.64%。
