精细控压钻井系统的现场试验研究

Abstract: For safe problems of narrow density window drilling, fine controlled pressure drilling system (MPD) was developed by western drilling. The MPD system pressure control principle was analyzed, the structure and key technology of MPD system were described, and the MPD system was tested in Xinjiang oilfield. The results show that the system can realtime monitor the drilling condition and can keep the bottom hole pressure smoothly in different working conditions which met the security complex formation drilling narrow density window needs.

摘要: 针对窄密度窗口安全钻井的问题, 西部钻探研制出精细控压钻井系统( MP D) 。分析了 MP D系统的 压力控制原理, 阐述了 MP D系统的组成和关键技术, 在新疆油田对 MP D系统进行了现场试验研究。结果表明, 该 系统能够实时监测随钻状态, 在不同作业状态下能够保持井底压力的平稳衔接, 可以满足窄密度窗口等复杂地层的 安全钻井需要。
