多元解堵技术在白于山区块的研究与应用

Abstract: The yield of the oilfield of Changqing reservoir in area of Baiyushan is decreasing progressively after perennial exploitation. The main reason is that some organic and inorganic precipitation caused by the low temperature of the oilfield in the area blocked up the pore and throat of the reservoir. After the analysis of the crude oil and blockage in the laboratory, it is found that the ingredient of the blockage is complex. The multivariate blockage removal system to aim directly at the different characteristics of the blockage were developed. The result show that after reaction for 4 h the rate of the corrosion of scale sample caused by the multivariate blockage removal system is increased by 14% over that caused by the mud acid system, and the damage of the core is -17.1% in area of Baiyushan. It is found that the multivariate blockage removal technique could obviously target the blockage of the oilfield and enhance the yield of single well in area of Baiyushan after trial in the oilfield.

摘要: 长庆油田白于山区块经过多年开采,目前部分油井产量递减迅速,分析认为主要是由于该区块井温相对偏低,原油开采过程中有机和无机沉淀析出(结垢)导致储层部分孔喉堵塞。室内对该区块原油和堵塞物成分分析,结果显示堵塞物成分复杂。针对堵塞物不同特性,开发出一套多元解堵体系,实验结果表明反应4 h时,多元解堵体系对该区块垢样溶蚀率比土酸体系溶蚀率提高了14%,对白于山区块岩心平均伤害率为-17.1%。现场试验表明多元解堵技术对白于山区块油井堵塞有明显针对性,能有效提高该区块油井单井产量。
