状态方程选取对天然气瞬变管流数值模拟的影响

Abstract: One-dimensional,non-isothermal gas flow model was adopted to simulate the transient phenomena in gas transmission pipelines.The model was coupled with SRK,PR,BWRS and AGA8 equations of state respectively and solved with the method of characteristics.The results show that there is little difference of pressure and flowrate between the four equations of state,and slice temperature difference existed which is adoptable in practical application.The calculation speed varied,therefore,when selecting the equations of state the balance between speed and accuracy demand in projects should be considered.

摘要: 采用一维非等温天然气流动模型对天然气输送管线中的瞬变流动进行数值模拟,将SRK,PR,BWRS 和AGA8状态方程分别与管流瞬变模型耦合,采用特征线法对数学模型进行特征变换,应用逆步进法进行离散数值求解,算例结果说明4种状态方程对非等温流动模型所得压力和流量参数的精度影响较小,温度结果的偏差也在一般工程允许范围之内,计算速度略有差别,建议依据工程对计算速度和计算精度的不同需要选取适合的状态方程。
