硫化条件对水溶性Ni催化剂抑焦活性的影响

Abstract: The existing state of dispersed Ni catalysts and its precursors for slurry bed hydrocracking of residues were symbolized using microscope,SEM,XRD and LS granularity analyzing apparatus. Then the composition and particle size
distribution of Ni catalysts at different sulfuration time were analyzed,and the coke - restraining activity of the catalyst was also studied.The results show that the structure of nickel sulfide catalyst changed with different sulfuration time,and the coke-restraining activity of the catalyst increased with the prolonged sulfuration time or the increased concentration.While the sulfuration time was longer than 3 h or the concentration of the catalyst was higher than 2000 μg/g ,the coke-restraining activity became steady.

摘要: 采用显微观察、SEM、XRD、激光粒度分析等手段,对水溶性Ni催化剂及其前体在渣油悬浮床加氢工艺不同阶段的存在状态进行了观测,分析了不同硫化时间下 Ni催化剂的组成和粒度分布,并对不同硫化时间和不同质量分数的催化剂进行了渣油加氢裂化抑焦活性评价。结果表明,硫化时间的增长,生成的硫化态催化剂晶形发生了相应的变化,随着硫化时间的延长和催化剂质量分数的提高,催化剂的抑制生焦活性提高;当硫化时间超过3 h,催化剂质量分数大于2 000μg/g时,催化剂抑焦活性的变化趋于平稳。
