TiO2 薄膜的火焰喷雾热分解法制备与自清洁研究

TiO2 Self-Cleaning Films Prepared by Flame Spraypyrolysi

摘要: 以钛酸丁脂 Ti(C4H9O)4为前驱体, 采用自制的火焰喷雾热分解装置在玻璃衬底上制备了TiO2
清洁薄膜。应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X 射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见透射光谱(UV -Vis)分析了薄膜的形貌、
结构和透光性, 并对薄膜的光催化性能和亲水性能进行了测试。结果表明, 火焰喷雾热分解法制备薄膜要求雾滴先
成液膜, 再热分解为固体薄膜;采用火焰喷雾热分解法在玻璃衬底上成功制备的TiO2 薄膜为锐钛矿晶型;探讨了沉
积时间和退火温度对薄膜的结晶和自清洁性及光催化性能的影响, 沉积时间长, 退火温度高的薄膜的结晶度越高,
光催化性能和亲水性越好;用该方法制备的温度约为400 ℃, 退火温度为600 ℃薄膜, 光透过率可超过70 %。

Abstract:

TiO2 self-cleaning films were prepared on the glass substrates by the self-made flame spray pyrolysis equipment with Ti(C4H9O)4 as precursor. The morphology, structure, light transmittance of the films were characterized respectively by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and ultraviolet-visible transmission spectrum (UV-Vis). And the photocatalysis and hydrophilicity of the films were investigated. The results show that the droplets formed liquid membranes first, and then became the solid films by thermal decomposition reaction. The films synthesized by the flame spray pyrolysis method are anatase titanium dioxide. And the influence of growth time and annealing temperature on the crystallinity,photocatalysis and self-cleaning properties of the films were discussed. The longer position time and the higher annealing temperature, the higher of the crystallinity, photocatalytic activity and hydrophilicity of the films. The light transmittance of the films annealing at 600 ℃,which were synthesized by flame spray pyrolysis method at 400 ℃, reach to over 70%. 
